I placed an order with Mweb on the 01/01/2026, paid the reconnection fee. On the 5th of January, I called requesting to cancel this order and todate 10 days later, my order has not been cancelled. Trying to calling Mweb, you wait an hour to speak to an agent and when you eventually get through, they promise to cancel the order and NOTHING gets done. This company is by far the worst to deal with..
I made a purchase on Sunday 07/09/2025. I received an email from Truworths online stating my order will be delivered in 7 working days. Since I needed this order before Saturday 13/09/2025, I called the call center on Monday morning requesting to cancel this order. The first call center agent advises me that the order has been cancelled and that I will receive my refund in 25 hours. A few later, I receive an sms stating my order was delivered. I called the call center back to find out what is going on, another call center tells me that they need to call the store to cancel the order and they are waiting on store to process the refund will now will take 2 to 10 working days. From yesterday till now, I have not received any confirmation that the order has been cancelled and the refund is in process. These people are so pathetic with their service!!! Gonna take this matter even higher!!!!!!!!!
I placed an order last week Sunday 02/08/2025. Delivery showed items to be delivered on the 08/08/2025. I got an email yesterday from takealot that there will be a delay in delivery. I went ahead and cancelled the delivery. From yesterday I have requested for the refund and I keep emails to say the refund has been processed, but the credit amount still shows on my profile. Takealot has become so ***********.
Dischem - THE GLEN!!! I placed my new prescription on 15/04/2025, and to date, my medication has still not been delivered!!! An agent called me on the 16th to verify my details, and when I asked her when the medication would be delivered, she told me either the next day or the day after.. It has been 7 days since this store did not deliver my medication. The Glen store is beyond hopeless, they keep getting my requests incorrect, never deliver on time. The Dischem app is constantly unavailable. I should rather go back to clicks as they seem to be more efficient!!!!!!!
This company is *****!!! - https://www.skechersfactoryshop.co.za/ I purchased a pair of sketchers in November and followed up on the delivery as I was told it would take 7 to 15 working days. Weeks later, I emailed this Sora person requesting a refund as the delivery was taking too long and she told me that she could not process my refund as the item had already shipped. Today when I checked on the tracking number, it shows that the item was delivered. I have NOT RECEIVED this package!!! This person Sora <Sora@foruhelp.com> is a *****. I have emailed this person requesting for a refund and also that I need proof as to where this order was delivered and still no response.
My parcel from Shein arrived a few days ago. I received the sms from Buffalo Logistics advising that my parcel will be delivered in 24 to 48 hours. 48 hours has passed and still no delivery. I called them this morning and was told that it would be delivered today and got nothing. On the app it shows delivery not successful due to address and when I called the call centre this morning, I was told that it's not the address but the driver could not deliver yesterday due to the volumes of delivery. There has been no update. This is just pathetic!!!
I recently visited the Sorbet at Sun City to have my nails done. Firstly the Soft Gel Nails that I opted for was not sized properly on my fingers, the nail polish was not done properly. I went back the next day and they fixed it but still it wasn't look finished and professional. Not even 2 days of having the Soft Gel Nails on my fingers, they have all come off without even using Acetone. The work that was done was so unprofessional. Paying R570.00 for such **** work, I would never recommend them and go back there. Very Disappointing
We used this company to hire a vehicle whilst in CPT in December. We returned the vehicle on the 01/01/2024 and to date we have not received our deposit. Each time I call them, I get transferred from one consultant to another. Eventually when I do speak to a consultant they advise that the payment was made and the payment does not reflect on my bank statement. No one comes back to me and no one responds to emails.
I placed an order on the online store, there is no contact number for the online store and the number that was randomly found, you hold on for hours. I sent them an email and they have not even acknowledged my email. This is so unacceptable.
I downloaded the Dischem app on my phone and added on the dependants on my app so that placing orders for our repeat medication would be made easier. Over the past 2 months, one of the dependants was removed from my profile without consulting me. I received the whatsapp notification to order the meds, once done, I get a call from the Glen (Naeema)(010)5894565, I missed the call and received the sms to call this person. For a whole week I have tried contacting the person with no success and when I call the call centre, I keep getting put through different people who doesn't know what the hell is going on. If this is the kind of service from Dischem, it's time I change my service provider!!!! Still no MEDS delivered!!!!!
