Spoke to Shawn and he had a technician out to me within 15mins - in the rain! They did a top-class job and were very friendly and professional! I was expecting a huge bill for the work done but was surprised to find their work is very well priced. Customer service is clearly highest priority
Terrible service from Muzi. Initially I was told they had a windscreen for my car and it would take 45mins to remove the old one and install a new one. When I arrived I was told they did not have a windscreen, I was then asked if I can go to JHB CBD as they have a windscreen there. When I refused, and asked for my car they said they can't give me my car because they already removed the windscreen. I had to leave my car at their workshop and Uber to work while they resolved the issue. I had to Uber back and pick up my car hours later after I followed up constantly as I had no feedback or calls from their offices.
Okay service an affordable. Although the online system is good it's sometimes hard to understand for newbies. Also I didn't feel like someone was understanding me and my situation. I had a lot of questions around tax but no one was assisting - I think they assume we all know about tax already
Can't expect much here but everything works as it should. I'm from RSA and I completed surveys thinking I'll never get paid but I did. The money adds up and can be sent to PayPal or straight to your debit card.
The mobile app is good but doesn't feel good but the site and services are great! highly recommended for new and seasoned investors! I've had no issues and always got my money in and out easily
I've been on the traditional plan and I've had nothing but great service. All claims paid and no savings needed. The call centre agents are helpful and really listen, they seem very well qualified. The mobile app really does need to be revised though, it's a seriously bad app
Did lowering springs on my Audi and was assisted by Henk and George. George made sure everything was done correctly but did not test drive the car - which I appreciated. When I tested the car the alignment was off. I revisited the shop and George immediately assisted and corrected the issue. Cars running perfectly
I bought an Audi S3 from this dealer. There were interior parts damaged and missing. I was told by the salesman that these parts would be replaced once they find the correct replacements. After some time I had been told the parts could not be sourced and the dealership had then paid a portion of the replacement costs to me so I could source the parts on my own - as I had requested. Glad to see the dealer is willing to assist their clients where possible and had not forgotten about me during that time.
I bought an Audi S3 from this dealer and had taken delivery on 14 Feb 2022. There were interior parts damaged and missing. I was told by the salesman that these parts would be replaced once they find the correct replacements After following up twice a week since then, it's now 1 April 2022 and there's still been no progress. I was told they keep finding the wrong parts, etc. Recently I've been told to drop off my car at the dealership so they can take the car around to search for the correct used parts. I don't understand why my car needs to be driven around or why used parts need to be found after I've provided part numbers. I've asked the dealership to pay me the cash for the parts so I could replace the parts on my own, but they have not done this is yet, and I doubt they will. I've also replaced front disks (R15 000), tyres (R7000) and a battery (R2000) at my own cost as these parts were so damaged that the car was unroadworthy - I'm not sure how the car passed a Dekra check, because the dealership still has not forwarded me that check.
I struggled to cancel my scratch-and-dent policy since Nov 2021 after emails and follow-ups. Tyron Govender assisted in Mar 2022 and within 2 days the policy was cancelled and backdated refunds where done. I really appreciate the great service and professionalism he's displayed!
