Changes from Vodacom to RSAWeb, fastest feedback/tech support I have ever got from an ISP.. Tech guy there - Sbongile, was awesome, resolved and feedback in 3min before I could even close my WhatsApp 🙏🏼Keep up the great work Team and now be sure not to drop the ball - SA Needs a leading ISP like you’ll to write off all the smaller ones only focused on Money and not on Service👍🏼
Stay AWAY..!! Owner and Host are the only extremely rude and unprofessional. We booked a 8-Sleeper unit a month in advance of our stay and they called me a day before our check-in to advise we can’t come due to them not being paid by the Bookings Agent we used. Also they suggested me to cancel with them if we still wanted to stay and pay cash at the property. This was a lie, agent assured me they have paid as they are an International Company. Much better and safer accommodation available around the area for the same price..!!!

Been waiting for 1 month to have my fibre sorted. Still waiting for someone to call me after being told 4 times they'll call back, 2 weeks now. How much longer should I wait.. Totally Useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!
