This is the second time that I have used the services of UIF Simplicity (First in 2020 and again in 2023). Melanie and her team are simply amazing. Melanie was always quick to respond to any questions that I had on both WhatsApp and Email. She assisted with ensuring that my documents were correctly completed and submitted. She is PASSIONATE in assuring that you get your payments. and will stop at nothing to make sure that the UIF pays out. Sad to say that my money was stolen out ofy little leather pouch attached to my keys within 30 seconds of handing my keys to an employee that was supposed to drive my car into the washing bay. As the employee got into the car and closed the door, I realized I left my money in the pouch of my keys. I opened my car door and to my shock he had already opened the pouch and the money was in his hands.. Caught in the act!
Dear First Help, please will you kindly remove your vehicle that has been parking on the middle man infront of the bridge on 14th Avenue, Roodepoort. IT IS BLOCKING OUR VIEW OF INCOMMING TRAFFIC! I've been witness of a few close call accidents because of the poor parking decision. It's putting our lives in danger. Strategically parking your car and reducing our vison in the hopes of an accident is an unethical business strategy.
So happy with Momentum. So happy I switched over from Out..... a few years ago. The services are impeccable. I just changed over my insurance as I bought a new vehicle and I was expecting to have to negotiate my new insurance premium to avoid paying inflated insurance prices. This was not the case. My insurance only increased with a few hundred rands. Very happy with the quote that they gave me. Did i mention that it also only took 5 minutes! I mean WOW! Keep it up Momentum!

Imagine going to a Gyni excited to remove your UID because you and your husband are excited to start your own little family...Should be an exciting time. Apart from having to wait almost an hour for the Dr Wypkema to see me, she casually informs me that I have PCOS and then leaves the room.... after getting dressed I asked her whether it was good or bad as I genuinely didnt know what it is. She told me to google the acronym which would give me all the information I needed. Imagine that?!?! I am left traumatised with no real direction as to what to do about the situation... R2000 for what?? No support, no explanation. My only option now is to get a second opinion and hopefully this time with a doctor that actually cares enough about their patient and is able to show some empathy.
I have been STRUGGLING to get a quotation from you, Momentum!!! Your online quote system doesn't work. When I call, the phone rings with no answer. I was lucky enough to get a callback today after weeks of submitting the contact me form.... and guess what... after my details, including phone number and email address, was taken, the phone dropped. No one has called me back?????? If it's this difficult trying to get a quotation from you, I can't imagine how difficult it must be trying to claim... I feel so let down, was so excited to move over my car, house, and medical aid over to you... but your first impressions are just utterly disappointing and frustrating, to say the least...
