The is a clear trend across all the negative reviews - The owner Matt Pike with pathetic customer service and the fact that they do not care about the wellbeing of your kids. Our child was given a new teacher who could not teach or build trust with a child. I would not recommend this school AT ALL.
1 start rating is TOO MUCH! Always changing the goal posts, I have medical aid, life insurance, Discovery Bank credit card and vitality. Benefits never seem to work as promised I will definitely start moving my business beginning with Discovery Bank, so glad I did not leave my transactional bank for them. Customer service is pathetic,
I cannot understand how the vitality points goals have not been adjusted to take into account covid-19/lockdown restrictions. So many benefits were restricted all the while members are paying their monthly fees. Points goals should atleast be adjusted downwards to be fair to members. So many functionality no longer works on Vitality, points don't load as it should, cashbacks not paid correctly, benefits restricted while points goals stay the same. Discovery has lost its way, too many promises Not enough delivery. I have Medical aid, life insurance, bank account and vitality with Discovery. If I continue experiencing problems I am surely going to start shopping around. When they offered less, they were getting things right … classic case of biting off more than you can chew.
