What’s the point you give 25th month warranty?? I bought 5 batteries from an authorized seller of yours. First battery was problematic, they replaced it, second one, they fought me, but got the go ahead from you apparently to replace it. Now the 3rd one is giving problems, CLEARLY THEIRS A FAULT WITH THE 636 batteries… why are you not taking ownership? Why aren’t you instructing them to help us promptly. These batteries should be recalled.. You make promises you can’t fulfill. The worst part is your authorized seller is treating us like we eating or drinking the battery acid. How must we use our vehicle? We have responsibilities to see to. They can’t even give us a loan. I will inform everyone not to buy Willard anymore and I will post it on social media.
It’s seems your customer care is incapable of doing there job why must I everytime reach out to Hellopeter to resolve my problem Your agent loaded the incorrect 20g data value added service I called the next day to tell them and fix the problem You cancel the 20g, you load the 30g but you billing me for both??? I called last week, your agent Jaime says her manager is going to log a refund It’s 8 days later no refund I called again now, your agent say she can’t do anything bcz I used of the data and that I must reach out to the refunds department Is it my duty to fix the problem or yours? How am I supposed to edit/fix stuff on Is this my mess up? Why am I stuck to solve this **** I’m sick and tired of Vodacom It’s always problem after problem
Att Arlene, it been 7 days since we spoke, I haven’t received any communication from no one, I emailed the rewards department, they don’t respond, you told me on the phone delivery will be on the 17th, no courier tracking number received. 17 days after my purchase and I’m still having to run after Vodacom
Vodacom I’m on my 8th working day!! No further communication from the warehouse or courier company I don’t get why we as customers must run around to find out where our item is Are you ****ming me out of my money?
Such pathetic service from Vodacom, I bought an electric scooter on the 30th November, it’s nearly the 5th December and I’m still waiting on the tracking details, I’ve contacted Vodacom 6/7 times, they are unable to assist me, like ***? Why are you employing people if they aren’t able to help?! The order shows completed with my order number, the funds is gone. What more do you want? Why do you waste money on services that’s ineffective! What’s the point of having a support service! Stop wasting money on advertising and pamphlets, upgrade your “back office” so that they can help people in real time.

You guys sent out a technician, he confirmed the signal is bad and that a booster needs to be installed This was 2 weeks ago, NO ONE MADE CONTACT AGAIN What is wrong with you people?? The guy Deno, why’s he not doing follow ups?

Since the 7th May a service request was logged No one bothered to call me I had to call in numerous times, the agent(very nice lady) is trying to help me but there’s no way for her to communicate with the back office, what bull **** is that?? She left comments on the service request for you to get hold of me last week, NOTHING. Every day I’m loosing money because I’m unable to do my job Internet doesn’t load Internet calls is reconnecting Normal calls dropping Get your act together man
Why do you guys employ people that just doesn’t have the desire to help others? Stop wasting money on unecessary Ads and employ people who wants to work. Nearly 4 weeks and no one wants to help me set up my watch or find out why it can’t set up I’ve been in store twice On dozens calls I get the same bull**** answer “it’s been escalated to a technician…… for 4 weeks???
Pathetic service from matrix, when you sign up they very helpful but when you need assistance it takes days, I’ve been on hold for nearly 25 minutes trying to get through to the customer care.. you waste my time and money
