Hi, 25 years ago to be exact I had an injury on duty and all operations or surgery was done through the fund. As years went on I battled and at a stage had to go for more surgeries. So somehow my paperwork could not be found over the years and had to resort to my medical scheme. Each Dr. that assisted me could not find or re open my case with the fund. This year I managed to get hold of the fund and the excuse given was that my file was left in an old system and never migrated to their new systems and that the case was closed. I tried to email the person who assisted me numerous times and asked how do I claim for my disability but did not get any assisstance. In 2019 my ankle had to be fused and daily i am still battling. I approached many lawyers for assistance and finally I had to resort to the Democratic Alliance who contacted Mrs. Farzana Fakir (Director of the Fund). I was emailed by a Jacob who basically told me on email that my personal costs is not their problem. They requested paperwork from me and demanded a final report before any claim can be submitted. No Dr wants to either assist and the Dr. Who operated on me in 2019 is refusing to assist me as I still owe money towards him. The fund still has not given any assistance to resolve my claim. This is 25 years , who will wait that long.
Hi, Dont know where to start, as soon as i posted my review of Clientele Legal and that I am not getting any assistance, i only received a phone call and I explained my situation. I was asked to send documentation which I did again and again with no response. As per my previous complaint, I am paying every month for the Legal Service but thus far i received one phone call two weeks ago. Daily i will receive calls from Clientele trying to sell me more of their products but NO PHONE CALL regarding my issue.
I have been with Clientele Legal for almost two years and now that I need help with a Legal matter I am being ignored. About two to three weeks ago I have emailed Clientele Legal for assistance and asked for assistance urgently. Instead of calling or assisting I will get emails stating that they will respond with in 48 hours and received one call that a lawyer will call me which never happened. To make a long story short, It seems that this policy is totally useless and I could or can use the monthly fee I pay to see a proper lawyer. I have send numerous emails for assistance with no luck. What to do know. I have even send a email asking to cancell my policy, no response at all from Clientele Legal why? Is this just another way to make money every month from your clients by offering useless assistance.
