Came out to replace my geyser. Removed tiles from roof and refitted a new solar geyser in the roof. Fitted a new 'tap' and geyser power switch in the ceiling and made sure everything is SABS approved and according to the necessary compliance standards. Went over and above to make sure everything was resolved and did not seem to mind to work until 21:10PM.
I initially applied for an unabridged marriage certificate at Home Affairs in Cape Town CBD in November 2020. After 6 months of waiting and numerous visits to HA and decided to use Visa Logistics to acquire my unabridged marriage certificate. After making contact with VL, Renee provided me with a quotation and explained the process. Renee was always available when I called and provided prompt feedback. She managed my expectations and provided me the worst case scenarios and delivery timelines. I sent VL the required documents on 14-05-2021 and a digital copy of the unabridged marriage certificate was sent to me on 24-05-2021 and the hard copy is being couriered to me. I am very happy with the service and positive experience that I have received from Renee and VL and would not hesitate in recommending VL.

Ive called at least 20 times spent hours waiting to get through and every time consultant confirms there's a problem and that it will be escalated. The problem is STILL not resolved. 8 MONTHS. FH has not paid for tests paid even after admitting the error is on their side. Sent me correspondence to say that the problem has been corrected, KJC26171, and the supplier would be paid PAY DATE: 27/08/2015 but still has not. This is the second 2nd test FH has not paid while we were in hospital. Call center said they have to re-submit AGAIN.<br> <br> Over the past 2yrs FH's service has consistently gone down, their rules have become more restrictive and while their prices to make it harder for clients to get descent medical services all while the prices have increased significantly. <br> <br> Im cancelling FH. Rather get crap service from a medical that at least offers perks like GYM and MOVIE CARDS, petrol rewards, etc etc.
Child was born and had standard tests done one of which is hearing test. FH refuses to pay for the test even though it was a test done in hospital. FH says payment must be made from savings, which are depleted. FH also says I had to call and get authorization. Really? I had pre-authorization but yet I have to call for authorization for a in hospital hearing test. A test IMO that is as important as any other test being performed. Or does FH not care if our children are BORN DEAF or has a hearing problem that could rectified if detected during the early stages and be address immediately. FH states all in hospital procedures are covered by insured benefits, but this is obviously false. Firstly told its NOT covered then told I had to get authorization if its done in hospital. Next step, Ombudsman!
