I urge you as a potential paying customer please do your research before choosing a gate motor company like this. I made the mistake to assume I could trust this company because their sticker was on my gate!! It's been a year now of constant call backs and "new" problems arising and not being fixed properly the first time, dubious gate motor parts and grumpy attitudes when we call for them to come fix the motor which was under warranty. All costing us time and money! The final nail in the coffin with them was their rude treatment by proceeding to block our numbers when we disputed their workmanship and professional opinion. And on the day this happened we were locked in by our gate which they claimed was not under their warranty because the wheels were to blame and not the so called brand new gate motor we just paid them to fix!! Therefore not their problem!! Imagine asking for help because you are locked out and you get shouted at and your number blocked. How is that fair treatment?? Good customer service? After which their manager called to apologise! That speaks volumes about their professionalism!!Shocking treatment of paying customers!!If your manager has to call back to say "He doesn't like his judgement to be questioned and just writes you off" then I have no words! That is so unprofessional!! I called a different company after this episode because we were locked in with no solution to get out and they helped us over the phone with no issue or charge!!!We solved the problem in five minutes!! If I could give minus stars to Easy Locks and Controls I would. We are now sitting with a brand new gate motor that we paid them to install that is useless for our gate. We've had to undo all the work they've done and replace the motor using a different company. Because the motor was the problem not the wheels!!! With a new motor now our gate functions as it should with no issues and our wheels working perfectly fine. Sadly, in all this if they had of respected our disagreement and inspected the motor properly we might have kept using their services. We even offered them that they only refund us for the motor not their labour. Instead we were met with complete bad treatment! What a pity especially during these times when one would think companies are begging for work!! I hope the effort I took to write a out my experience with Easy Locks and Controls helps someone else avoid wasting their money on this company like we did!!
These guys are a dream team! They arrive early, assess the problems transparently, not pushy with their agenda, super professional workmanship, iron out all the small technicalities without an attitude!! I'm also really impressed with their response time most other companies make it your problem these guys don't. For example, It was raining and they bought an umbrella. It impressed me how clued up they are with all the latest tech in this industry too. Excellent customer service! Definitely a company that deserves all the support!!
