KAK SERVICE
My mom bought a phone at Mr Price Eastrand mall. 2 weeks down the line the phone broke. took it back to Mr Price to get it sorted out. The phone was sent to Samsung to fix the charging point and Samsung refused to honour the warranty for the phone and my mom was told to pay 2000.00 to get it fixed whereas she bought it for less than that. Told them to bring the phone back and now she must pay the courier fees to get her phone back like she's the one who sent it to Samsung. Never ever buying a phone or anything from Mr price cause of the **** service they gave to us. ****** useless especially that jeanette lady who deals with cellphones. Also never buying a Samsung mobile if they cant honour a simple warranty for their cellphones. Shame on Mr price for making a 68 year old run up and down for what she bought. Mr Price is a scam and not trustworthy.

Non delivery and bad service
Worst experience ever. Haven't received my orders and I was told I wouldn't get my refund. Even the one star they got, they don't deserve it.
