DO NOT SHOP AT STEVE MADDEN ONLINE! THEY ARE ****MERS AND WILL NOT REFUND YOU IF YOU HAVE A RETURN!!!! I REQUESTED A RETURN ON A PAIR SHOES THAT WAS SENT TO THEM IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND BOX AND THEY LIE AND SAY I SENT IT WITHOUT A BOX JUST TO GET OUT OF REFUNDING ME! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND ***********. BEWARE GUYS DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOU SHOULD YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! AND I SHOP ONLINE FREQUENTLY AND NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS KIND OF DISGUSTING AND APPALLING SERVICE BEFORE.
Morgan Elson has been extremely efficient and helpful. He made my whole experience with Oneplan such a pleasant one. I would highly recommend Oneplan Insurance as the Customer care consultants are helpful, friendly and so competent. It makes life so much easier when you have warm, helpful and efficient consultants that go above and beyond to make the consumer happy. Customer care is key and Oneplan prides itself in taking care of their customers.
Do not purchase from Zando, they are ****mers. They look for excuses and loopholes not to refund you on items that don't fit. I've been buying from Zando for thousands of rands and because of the despicable service me nor my friends and family will be purchasing from them again. This is why people should rather go to shops and buy clothing items and not in store.
I requested a withdrawal yesterday at 8pm from this morning until now I have been emailing and phoning and I received my withdrawal as yet. I even requested a cancellation and for the funds to be credited back to my supabets wallet even that is not done. The staff are *********** and unconcerned no one is able to help you it's draining dealing with them. I think they are just ****ming people and that's why withdrawals are never done timeously and efficiently. Everything for their staff is very difficult because clearly the staff are not trained to assist the customers. Do not deal with them use other online betting sites you will be far more happier and satisfied. We don't experience these problems with Hollywood bets.
Do not deal with Supabets or play their games. They are complete ****mers and have the worst customer service ever. The staff are so unhelpful and ***********. You have to beg them for your own money and keep emailing for hours on end and still not one person there is able to help you. They have no efficient staff that can sort out queries timeously. All the staff ever say is a query has been sent and they will get back to you with feedback but never do. I repeat, STOP using the supabets portal and stop playing their games because they make you wait hours sometime days when you request withdrawals and basically you're winning your own money back because you have to play so much money In order to win. It's just a ****. People beware. Save yourself the trouble
Melvyn Peterson was the person to assist me through the process and he was amazing. Extremely competent and very efficient and helpful. He made the whole process so easy and effortless. I would highly recommend One plan as the staff are great to deal with. Melvyn was very accommodating and made sure I was happy at the end of it. So 10/10 Melvyn, Thank you for being so helpful and professional.
Worst service ever. The lady made a big blunder with my contract and did the incorrect thing because she did not listen to me when I Spoke. I have been phoning and trying to reverse the contract for days now their service is absolutely poor. They are so unprofessional and incompetent. They don't even tell you where they are calling from and don't state that they are third party. If I knew I would have never dealt with them. I am appalled by their behaviour and attitude and lack of interest in sorting out the problem they caused. I will never deal with them again and don't advise anyone to deal with them. They have no common sense and understanding and no sense of urgency. It's pathetic. They should actually close down because the service is beyond poor.
I had the worst shopping experience with Zando and will never deal with them again. I advise others not to purchase anything from them. It's been almost a month and I have not received my refund of R2000 Fayroza and Cassey promised me the eft was done and would reflect but I am still waiting. I am so angry and frustrated. I never had this problem with Superbalist or anyone else. They are rogues that just steal people's monies and do not refund monies back. If I had known I would never have dealt with them and now I won't get my money back. DO NOT SHOP AT ZANDO THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND DON'T PROCESS REFUNDS INSTEAD KEEP THE MONEY FOR THEMSELVES. They are disgraceful and incompetent and should be shut down. People be cautious and do not shop at Zando. I am regretting it now.
