I'm so disappointed, I have been with LA HEALTH for over 20years.I'm on chronic medication and on January I was unable to get my medication at pharmacy because I found out that I had to pay a co payment because the scheme no longer pays for this medication. That left me without a medication for over a month because the scheme never informed me of this sudden change to prepare my self, or to find a schemethat willpay for my medication,they don't care about our lives,they only need money from us.
The worst service ever! I sent an email to customer care,no reply,its been 45days now! I also phoned them after 15 days and i was told the matter has been escalated ,till today no response. Yhooo laziest staff.Even this review i know what the response gonna be.You always copy and paste .You lazy!!!
