Significant Delays in Payment
Please be cautious when working with this company as a supplier. They are extremely difficult to get hold of when payment is due.

Terrible delivery service. So many promises and zero action.
Don’t use the delivery service from this branch. Paid R375 to have a table delivered on Thursday. Got delayed to Friday and then Saturday, was promised it would be here this morning and then this evening. Office closed and still no table. No one in this office seems to know or care about what’s going on. Haven’t had one call from them and had to continuously follow up. Rather collect yourself than rely on this branch 👍

Pleasant and efficient
Been with Webafrica for 6 months now, had the fastest installation and so easy to get hold of them through Whatsapp chat platform for them to answer any queries. We plugged in and been ready to go ever since.

Planet fitness contract
I signed a year contract with Planet Fitness from June 2019. When I wanted to cancel this contract I was told I’d have to pay for the remaining months until June 2020. I’ve still been receiving debit orders & have just been informed that I have a two year contract that actually expires in October 2021 ! I’ve never been told this before and have now been told I need to pay over R2500 to cancel the contract that was meant to have expired. Asking for advice on what to do- I’m hearing tons of people having gone through the same thing! This is so scammy.
