Great customer service and excellent job on my Mazda CX3 when I took my car for a service last week
Thanks to insure Africa in helping me to get my car fixed and for the excellent customer service I received when phoning in to check on the authorization of the claim that was submitted by RDG and to promp reply and good service without any difficulties. Thanks once again to Sean van der Ross and Alen Chikari for their assistance in getting the quote authorized and submitted to RDG to get the the fixed and delivered to me

My car is still at RDG Boksburg from 22nd September 2020 and have not received any confirmation to when my car will be fixed and ready for collection. I have to phone on a daily basis the get information regarding the progress on my car their customer service is very very bad and no feedback is given. I wish they can fix my car sooner so that I do not have to deal with them again.
