I was chased away from Facebook they said I put things with *** on my account. I have never done that I'm a 64 yr old women who uses Facebook for things like cooking home remedy ideas stockpiling. I so wish they can reverse their decision to expel me What could be the reason for chasing me away. What could have happened. Good people please help I miss a lot on Facebook Lindiwe
I bought my vw polo vivo in 2016 and was financed by vw financial services. My last payment was on the 15 February 2022. I paid the balloon before the end of February: account was settled. I requested the car lock book in March. I was told that it was going to be sent by dsv courier. I waited but did not here from vw financial services. I phoned them again on 21 April they said they are sorry the request was made but somehow no follow up was made to send the parcel. The parcel will be sent soon, I had to wait for an sms to say the parcel had arrived in Pietermaritzburg. At the beginning of May I received an email saying I am suppose to pay R 57.00 because the parcel was sent to the destination and I did not collect it. How was I suppose to know that it was sent since I did not receive an sms they promised to send. They said they did send the sms but they sent it to the wrong number not the one I always phone them with. The gentleman I spoke to said they were sent the parcel again. I have never heard from them since, no sms received. Today I phoned again and I was sent from piller to post and made to hold for like 10 mins until I terminated the call. Is there another way of getting this lock book. I am fed up with VW FINANCIAL SERVICES
I learned that I have funeral policy with absa that I did not apply for. The person covered in the policy is someone I do not know. Money has been debited from my absa account since 2013. When I enquire about this policy firstly they immediately cancelled it. They then ask me to send them a bank statement, the policy number and my cellphone number, which I did. They do not call me and when I called them they say they sent me an sms. But the sms was sent to a wrong number not the one I sent them. They have done this twice. When I ask who is doing the investigation they do not tell me. I talk to different people every time I contact them which makes it very difficult since I have to tell my story from the beginning. This is very frustrating. Absa has disappointed me, I have banked with them since I started working and I am now retired
R 124 was debited on my account without me signing a debit order. I don't even know this company ( epic3). Qho is epic3?
