DO NOT USE PHOENIX CARPORT AND AWNINGS!!!!
The company is owned by Jerome, he is a liar and he is very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! He will most likely give you a cheaper quote but that's just it, his service delivery is pathetic, he does not have any work ethic. He does not return calls, he promises to do the job on a specific day and does not pitch up.

VODACOM IS THE WORST NETWORK!!!!
This is my second review on vodacom. Yet again they have failed to assist after my 1st posting. I thought the incompetence cannot get any worse but it can. And your computer generated reply just does not cut it. Your agent did contact me but as usual DID NOT GET BACK TO ME AND THE OTHER AGENTS DON'T KNOW IF THIS PERSON EXISTS.

VODACOM IS PATHETIC
Vodacom is the WORST network you can deal with. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, their customer service is pathetic. To top it all their agents lie about their names etc,that is the height of unprofessionalism. I spoke to a customer care manager who said she will get back to me about my query and that she will email me, I'm still waiting for both, when I called in today, the lady (Ranjini)who did try to help me said that there is no record of that. Ranjinis manager Ricardo who is from cancelations is still coming to the phone to assist me. Sihle from customer care actually tried to help me, but unfortunately I told her that Velenkosi (from retentions) is assisting me, this person according to Ranjini and Ricardo does not even exist. They also advised me that my conversations weren't even logged. The customer care manager told me that she is working directly with a manager from retentions to sort out my problem. My query was first lodged in July, going on three months now. So my problem is WHERE DOES THIS LEAVE ME AS A CUSTOMER If THERE ISN'T NO TRANSPARENCY? The agents can just falsify info and at the beginning of every call to vodacom it states that all calls are recorded for quality purposes so how is it that my numerous calls cannot be traced and that Ranjini and Ricardo cannot seem to find record of this.
