Don't Buy From Them!
<div>I don't know what to say about this place. It's now been 21 days since I placed my order and I can't even get hold of anyone. Basically, after they've taken your money they simple stop answering your phone calls, WhatsApps, and emails. As far as I'm concerned, what this company is doing is highly illegal. I've now approached the NCC regarding the matter, and will be getting some legal advice to see how this can be resolved.</div>

A++ Retailer
Very quick delivery, and the products were packaged very securely. Along with that, they have awesome customer service; All my queries were answered quickly via WhatsApp. I can't recommend this place enough. I'll definitely be doing business with them again in the future. They offer a personal touch that I haven't seen elsewhere in an online store.

They don't deliver or give refunds. It's a scam.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. I ordered a device from them on the 2nd March 2020, but due to COVID-19 the shipment was delayed. Totally understandable from my side, and I figured I would just wait it out. Their response essentially was, 'Please bear with us. We will deliver'. Fast forward to 3rd Aug 2020 (211 days since I placed my order), and I had decided that I had been patient enough. A pandemic is not their fault but if they can't get the device then it's fine. So I asked for a refund. At first the help said that they would process the refund. I waited until 25 Aug (14 days), before contacting them again, and asking if the refund has been processed. Turns out that no it hasn't but 'Can we offer you a different device?'. I don't want another device, so I declined and asked again for a refund. Well fast forward again to 10th Sep 2020, and after sending several emails to which I got no response, they finally said, 'I confirm that your refund is set to be paid on our next payment run'. That was 25 days ago... All my attempts to contact them again have received no response. TLDR I placed an order on 2nd March 2020 (217 days ago), and still haven't received the device. I asked for a refund on 3rd Aug 2020 (63 days ago) and still haven't received any money. They also refuse to respond to my emails. Do not purchase anything from them.
