Kate Heigan helped me sign up my little kitten. Well-informed, clear and to the point - all things I value in a insurance rep. Have not claimed yet but the experience to sign up was one of the better ones I have experienced.
I cancelled my bundled insurance with VW insurance in August- my new insurance started on 1 September 2020. I was charged a premium for September as they needed take a premium for the month prior- which I understood and was fair. Come 2 October 2020 I was still charged a premium- now I have been phoning the call center numerous times since and have been told a refund is due but nothing ever come through. It’s almost month end and I still have not been refunded the premium owed to me. I phone, it gets escalated, I am told that the payment will be refunded and then nothing! They are quick to take your money but when it’s due to you they take their time- double standards!
Worst ever service. Pure lip service than actual repair service - the receptionist bull****s and says she will call back or get the service manager to call- it never happens. I have been waiting for my Hisense tv to be repaired for 2 months, they say they are awaiting parts but can’t say when and clearly make no effort to find out for you. Pathetic service. And pathetic staff- Hisense should review and revoke their license.
Never use the Durban/Umgeni Branch. Been awaiting spares for a Hisense TV FOR TWO MONTHS - with no idea when spares will arrive. Was told that they would make a plan- nothing. The receptionist just lies as she never follows up after promising to call back with updates. Nobody cares to update you about anything- pure lip service. Electronic companies should review and revoke license as an authorized repair shop- this kind of service is tarnishing your brand so much so that I won’t want to buy another Hisense tv because of the after sales care offered by this pathetic service provider.
