Good Communication. Would update me on the progress of the repair every second day
I recently activated my line with WebAfrica. The initial process went smoothly until the day my internet was activated 31st of October 2024. The router that was sent was dead on arrival I contacted the Agent(Fazlin Wassung) that assist me with my application she said she would sort it out and now almost a week later with no update when the router will be replaced. I have also tried there customer service whatsapp just to wait upto an hour to be connected just to be transferred with no resolution to my issue. Not a very good first impression
I have had a good service with them over span of 3 years. Now that the fiber company has issues I have to call for updates up to 3 days after the last update. Dont trust Home-connect do even try to do any follow up. You have to ask them for an update. To be frank horrible customer service. This has been going on for a month now and yet no resolution
Great service good and prompt responses on Comms. This was my first time buying from Dreamware tech. I have received my hard drive I ordered sooner then expected.
So I purchased a game Sea of Thieves through steam and have not played it much months after I purchased it now all I get is lavederbeard when trying to report it all it does is take me to the communities answers which does not work. And there is no way to report my issue directly to steam
I bought a 2019 Honda nc750x on 19th Of January 2021 when I fetched the bike they did not mention the side panel on the nc was cracked. They replaced it but they stated it was caused by there workshop when they serviced it before giving it to me none the less they replaced it but swapped it with another NC's side panel on the showroom floor which still has that side panel on (2021/02/26) . Feb the 18th I discovered my fork seals was leaking I went to Honda Centurion on Friday(2021/02/19) they assist me and said They will order the parts under warranty and replace it for me on Tuesday (23.02.2021). When I left that afternoon they scratched my custom exhaust which I paid for to be fitted on my bike . When I sent the message about 30mins after arriving home to complain about it all Honda(Liza) said (2 days later) is they check the bike before the service and after the serviced and stated there was no scratches reported after the service. Again this is a custom exhaust which I paid for. They dont care about your bikes !!!!!!
I contacted Homeconnect today to order fiber through them. The agent that assisted (Blyne Lutchmanen) was very friendly professional and got my quivery resolved within the first 5mins which Axxess could not even resolve. Thank you Blyne for the assistance
