Good morning to you. I see its very very difficult to make proper communication with Steam/ Valve. As I briefly explained in my message my son needs the assistance, But I did some investigation myself, the person that hacked the account, says that he is a moderator for Steam, he made contact with my son via the app called Discord, my son showed me all the communication, it would seam that you have a person working for you leaking this information to hacker/****mer, there is actually 2 ****mers involved. The first person claimed to have sold some items to my son, which is not true, and the second person claiming to be the moderator for Steam/Valve is the one that stole my son`s account and his money. My son has all the proof, all the communications. Please revert ASAP. Thank you.

This has now been the second time my inventory has been ****** on Steam for a game and all steam does is make excuses that they cannot help me or return any of my items. on the 29th of May, when my items were ******, there was no login on my steam account or any login notification on my mobile guard application, yet they still blame me for my account being compromised. If unauthorized access was attained to my account, and there is no login history or information, not even a mobile guard notification, shows that there is a lack of security at the steam infrastructure and they still blame their customer. 1) my computer is setup with all up to date windows patches 2) i have an fully up to date anti-virus software on my machine 3) i have mobile guard enabled and changed my password not too long ago yet there is no notification 4) i sent them proof of what i had, dont have anymore, sent them visual proof of in game items thats missing as well as a detailed login trail of the 29th of May which i clearly outlined and explained my login logs, of which there is no proof of unauthorized logins. They are all too happy to take my money but when they have to give anything back they pretend like you are nothing. This is pathetic from steam support, i have since removed the game from my computer and will not be in any way supporting valve with Dota 2 again in my life unless i either get my items back or i get paid for the money thats been ****** of the sold items, of which i also sent proof by the way.

Dear Steam / Valve. I would like to find out how it is possible for someone to gain access to my account? I have two factor authentication setup (did not get any prompts of new logins) Then for whom ever to sell everything sellable from my inventory with out me having to approve the sale on the app? It was 159 transactions. (this is not normal behaviour). I would like for you to explain this to me please. And then while you at it, I would like my items returned to me.

Steam is thieves and I'm sick of this absolute bull S:steamthumbsdown::steamfacepalm::steamsad: I Am at the point where I'm triggering the livid stage. I have spent thousands of hours and thousands of rand on a platform that clearly like to just steal from its ppl, those ppl that make everyone on steam RICH. it is of out most disgust that I must struggle so badly to get help from steam support for something that I worked my butt of for , paid for my hard earned salary and yet I can't make popper use of it Cuz steam is a bunch of rouges that likes to steal from their paying clients and can't even have a popper steam support to assist me, ALL YOU GET, ALL THE TIME , IS THEIR USELESS SELF AUTOMATED AUTO RESPONSE AND IT NEVER EVER GOES ANY FURTHER THAN THAT. Pathetic beyond words, me, I'll be on my way from here to #hallopeter and #facebook here I come, let's see if I get some service and what steam calls Client support then, Sad Sacks! Sadly, no response from them hence my copy and paste of my message.

I purchased The Sims 3 game from Steam, before purchasing the game they Steam told me they are going to add all the extension packs (they guaranteed me all ext packs added), and I purchased the above mentioned for the amount R6999.00. I was so excited to receive the game and it was installed on my PC directly through the steam app and took approximately 12 hours, after installing I played the game and it went perfect the first day, I then loaded my saved games from my previous Sims 3 games and loaded with no problems, until I loaded a saved game from a Katy Perry Sweet Treats Ext Pack then the problems started. The only thing that appeared when the Katy Perry Pack was loaded is empty community building and a message appeared that said some objects are missing, then I opened the Launcher (Menu) and a message appeared that said "Requires The Sims 3 Katy Perry Treats, meaning; there was no Katy Perry Extension Pack as was promised by Steam and guaranteed all ext packs was included in the purchased game, I then emailed Steam Support and explained the problem, it took almost a day for response only to tell me, the following as sent by them; "Hi there, Unfortunately, that DLC is not available on Steam and I do not see a purchase of that DLC on your Steam account. We are unable to manually add content to your account especially if the DLC does not exist within the Steam store page. So in other words I have to buy the Katy Perry Ext Pack only by the stores that are linked with Steam, Origin etc, for approximately another R1400.00 additional to the Katy Perry pack, after I was initially promised and guaranteed all the ext packs are added when purchasing The Sims 3. (so problem was mine all of a sudden) If a person buys the game (linked on Steam app) why do they not tell a person these problems and fine print attached to the game if not finding what you anticipated to get. Being very disappointed I then sent an email to Steam Support telling my dissatisfaction and wanting a refund, it's been 24 hours and no reply from them or assistance. Regards
