Please stay away from this company. They will take your money with pleasure, but they will do you in not long into doing business. They took money from and was suppose to pay the relevant parties. I had to find out from the relevant parties that they never paid them. When I called to find out what is going on there answer was, they had technical problems (LDM should write a book for all the excuses they can come up with.) They eventually paid 1 of the 2 arrears payment in June last year. I have been struggling to get the other payment done since then. And the excuses they come up with every time one calls is crazy, and the receptionist is the only person one gets to talk to. and her stories never add up. This is a massive **** company. I even opened up a Formal complained with the NCR, and to this date they also have not given me any feedback, other than we are waiting a response. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LDM!!!!
I have a brand new (couple of months old) Legion 5 Laptop. It just died on me while working. We have next business day support (Premium Care Support). Called them on Wednesday to log the problem. It is now Friday, and still no time confirmed for the "next day" support. At this rate I will be lucky if it becomes next week support. This is very bad service. The first delay in the next business day support, was they had trouble with the address. (which I then supp**** then again with the exact address as then the call was logged, COPY AND PASTE) then magically they could find it. Now the delay is, they are waiting on Parts. There has been no technician on site to even look at the laptop, so they do not know what is wrong / broken. but they are waiting on the parts. This is ridiculous. The worst customer service I have received ever.
Dear Steam / Valve. I would like to find out how it is possible for someone to gain access to my account? I have two factor authentication setup (did not get any prompts of new logins) Then for whom ever to sell everything sellable from my inventory with out me having to approve the sale on the app? It was 159 transactions. (this is not normal behaviour). I would like for you to explain this to me please. And then while you at it, I would like my items returned to me.

They are very quick to install, But when it comes to cancellation they do everything in there power to stall, this way they can get more money from you. They told me it will cost me R1 for November. I took the deal. The internet is very bad, despite the fact I have full coverage, I have logged the cancellation on the 18th, and called then just about every day since. I am yet to get any response from them, and now they are telling me the will bill be for December. I mean I have 4 different reference numbers for the same thing WHAT A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND OVER ALL THIS IS JUST A COMPANY TO STAY AWAY FROM
I have been trying to deal with Them for the last 3 weeks just to get my screen fixed so that I can get my Data off the phone. The phone has been damaged (screen, back cover and Camara.) I just need the screen to work so that I can get my data of the phone. But they are forcing me to fix every thing which according to them (includes the system board) and totals to R8 600. There general customer call center is very bad (useless). I am the customer and should have the choice as to what I want fixed. All there agents are like reading from the same peace of paper, no matter what you say, the response is always the same. And the manager/supervisor I so called spoke to (which I think was lie, someone pretending to be this person) says one thing, and then 10 min later when you speak a consultant they say the manager is out of country, and I could not have spoken to HIM. But the LADY that called said she was the manager. And I also think there clocks has got some problems. as they say they will call back in 10min, and then hours/days go past. Worst customer service ever. They should change it to (we provide no customer service and do as we please!!!)
