****mers, Yesterday I came across this site on Face Book, free R200 login bonus, Ok let see, went on the site, registered and was give R200 to play, I chose a game, started playing went all good, then when it came to cash out, I was told to list banking details, which I did, then came the story, I`m a VIP0, I need to deposit R350 to became VIP1, once I have paid the R350, I can withdraw the full total, guaranteed, This is what I was told by help by chat support, I then deposited the R350, then I get asked by chat support if I have Face Book messenger, I said yes I do, the next moment I get a chat support from FBM, stating I need to deposit another R450 to become a VIP2 in order to withdraw the money, I said no, refund me the R350, the said no, I informed facebook, Blu Voucher and all supporting depositing platforms of these ****mers, Please people careful.
This has now reach the point of nooooo return, this time I will not delete this review until all is sorted, the problem still stands, they where quick to call me and say, we working on it, just to test and not sorted. I spend the whole of yesterday on live chat waiting for someone to talk to me, I made several calls, no answer, tried again this morning from 6 am still no answer. When is the staff, going to work and sort there lazy people out, when is the accounts department going to do there work, when is the live chat agents going to answer there calls, REALLY.

Absolute poo service, goin on for weeks, I tried to communicate with an agent on live chat, waited 3 hours no reponse, call them then you on hold for another 2 hours, then when you talk to them about your funds that laying in process to withdraw, they tell you to upload your bank confirmation letter, take note I did it 3 times, then they tell you, cancel the withdrawel and go cash out at an ATM, really???????
We have been with Outsurance for a while now, motor and household. We discover our pool of 30 years has a leak at the bottom, we submit a claim, an assessor comes to look and informs us the pool is to old the claim will NOT be approved, REALLY!!!!, when we put did the household including the pool on insurance we were asked how old the pool is, we did inform them, and was told no problem, well here we go we sitting now with a major problem, Is this how we are ****med to think all the money we paid to the insurance we could have used to repair the pool ourselves. I cannot believe that they can con people like that. WHAT IS THE USE OF HAVE HOUSEHOLD INSURANCE IF THEY CON YOU WITH SUCH EXCUSES ( I looked at the policy and no ware does in say anything about the age of the pool. Horrible really Horrible
I`m not one to leave or complain however, this is really the worst of them all, Ive done the whats apps, the calls, the emails, and yet nothing, I was told on whats app that my parcel is with ITT, as they use 2 third party deliver services, I contacted both, fast way dont have my parcel, ITT said they haven't received it yet. The lack of communication is zero to none, It actualy does not even matter putting them on hellopeter, because they keep on saying and agent will respond and yet it does not happen, they just leave you hanging and hanging. Service is a zero star rating,
Good morning to you. I see its very very difficult to make proper communication with Steam/ Valve. As I briefly explained in my message my son needs the assistance, But I did some investigation myself, the person that hacked the account, says that he is a moderator for Steam, he made contact with my son via the app called Discord, my son showed me all the communication, it would seam that you have a person working for you leaking this information to hacker/****mer, there is actually 2 ****mers involved. The first person claimed to have sold some items to my son, which is not true, and the second person claiming to be the moderator for Steam/Valve is the one that stole my son`s account and his money. My son has all the proof, all the communications. Please revert ASAP. Thank you.
I have been calling none stop for 3 months, and still no response from Cell C. The de*****ing the customers out of money. They don't even bother sending sms or emails, they just take your money without your written consent. Every time I call and give my reference number, I get told a supervisor is going to call now, no one but no one calls you back.
