My SUV had CV joint problems and I took my vehicle to Econo CV Joint Engineering in Church Street, Rustenburg for repairs, Frank the owner told me he will order the CV joints (inner & outer) including the CV rubber boots, I asked him is the part quality, he assured me it is good quality parts. It was about September 2023 the part arrived at Econo CV joints and the owner called me to bring my vehicle, subsequently I took my vehicle for the repair, costing me R9900.00 When receiving my vehicle after the repair, it was fine for about a month, then I felt the CV having a bounce effect when accelerating, took it to the owner and explained the issue to him, went for a test drive and he assured me nothing is wrong, he told his employee the CV Joint fitment mechanic to check under the car, he can see oil / grease leaking at left outer CV boot at the clip section, the owner reluctantly told his employee to removed pack grease again and clip (cable tie). After leaving the car was fine for about a month and I felt a vibration at one of the CV joints, took the vehicle to Econo CV Joints again to inspect the problem, the owner was getting rude telling me there is nothing wrong with the CV Joints, I then left not having them not diagnosing the problem. Driving the vehicle for 2 months with the problem (above-mentioned) persisting and worsening, I took the vehicle back to Econo CV Joints to check, the owner again very rude reluctantly told his employee to inspect the CV joints whether he can see any problems. The CV mechanic said the right-side CV Inner and outer rubber boots were having openings in it and dirt was entering the CV joints and damage to the expensive long shaft inner & outer CV joints. The CV mechanic explained to me the owner purchased low quality rubber boots that was the cause of cracking open when repaired in September 2023. The owner then told me the damaged rubber is not his fault and it is something that does happen and it is not a guarantee fault job, he will have to repair the right (expensive) CV joints again (due to dirt damage from crack rubber boots), and that he will replace it this time with a higher quality more durable rubber boots which will last longer & costing more (contradicting what he said above with the low-quality boots). He said in addition to the right-side CV joints to be replaced he suggests we change the left CV rubber boots with the quality ones too and he will do it for a special price of R3200.00, and he will first have to order the parts and assured me to drive for week with the broken CV boots until the spares arrive. (Proof of the invoices & Electronic Card payment slips in my possession) I then took my car for the second repair in January 2024 (in less than 6 Months), I left the vehicle there for 3 days, because there were other vehicles to work on. The owner having only 1 CV mechanic doing all the work with no PPE in the parking area in front of the store, having no car lift, only a hydraulic jack replacing car CV joints, sometimes with no trestles to support car when jacked, he also has to do the reception / till / quotes whist the owner is at home and majority of the time not at the Econo CV Joint shop. (The CV mechanic work very unsafe / difficult no PPE & exploited by the owner doing 3 peoples work at the CV shop). Hazardous waste contaminated parking floors, rags & spots and debris, wires etc bad housekeeping. My vehicle was repaired and I drove it for about a month again feeling the bounce at one of the CV joints again when accelerating my vehicle, took it back to Econo CV Joints and the owner very rude again, reluctantly checking it, telling I’m wasting his time there is nothing wrong. I then drove the vehicle anther month still with the CV joint bounce still persisting, took it to the CV shop again (this week - 7 May 2024), and the owner was not at the shop as usual and the CV mechanic told me to phone the owner. I then phoned the owner telling him I want the mechanic to check the problem, he started shouting at me, telling me I am an annoying customer, imagining there is a CV problem, that I know nothing about CV joints and he does not like me, etc, etc. etc. I asked him to stop shouting and that I am a customer he should not talk to me like that and he told me I am hard of hearing and I should leave he shop. The owner was very unprofessional, also making his employee work unsafe, no car lift, no PPE and doing much more work than 1 person should (exploiting too) I want people to avoid making use of Econo CV Joint services, due to comebacks and rude customer care.
I purchased The Sims 3 game from Steam, before purchasing the game they Steam told me they are going to add all the extension packs (they guaranteed me all ext packs added), and I purchased the above mentioned for the amount R6999.00. I was so excited to receive the game and it was installed on my PC directly through the steam app and took approximately 12 hours, after installing I played the game and it went perfect the first day, I then loaded my saved games from my previous Sims 3 games and loaded with no problems, until I loaded a saved game from a Katy Perry Sweet Treats Ext Pack then the problems started. The only thing that appeared when the Katy Perry Pack was loaded is empty community building and a message appeared that said some objects are missing, then I opened the Launcher (Menu) and a message appeared that said "Requires The Sims 3 Katy Perry Treats, meaning; there was no Katy Perry Extension Pack as was promised by Steam and guaranteed all ext packs was included in the purchased game, I then emailed Steam Support and explained the problem, it took almost a day for response only to tell me, the following as sent by them; "Hi there, Unfortunately, that DLC is not available on Steam and I do not see a purchase of that DLC on your Steam account. We are unable to manually add content to your account especially if the DLC does not exist within the Steam store page. So in other words I have to buy the Katy Perry Ext Pack only by the stores that are linked with Steam, Origin etc, for approximately another R1400.00 additional to the Katy Perry pack, after I was initially promised and guaranteed all the ext packs are added when purchasing The Sims 3. (so problem was mine all of a sudden) If a person buys the game (linked on Steam app) why do they not tell a person these problems and fine print attached to the game if not finding what you anticipated to get. Being very disappointed I then sent an email to Steam Support telling my dissatisfaction and wanting a refund, it's been 24 hours and no reply from them or assistance. Regards
I purchased a R 9000.00 item online and the company requested an address for delivery, delivery was included in the price. The address where I stay is on is a farming area near a highway and we always notify courier companies to go to the nearest town we'll meet at the main (only) fuel station and fetch the parcel from them, and it worked fine. This specific purchased item was given to The Courier Guy to deliver. I received the track and trace number from the company where my item was purchased and told me the item is sent for delivery. Three days went by and I did not receive a call from The Courier Guy driver to pick up my parcel as I usually do from other courier companies when delivery is ready. I called The Courier guy office in Rustenburg and after giving the lady my track and trace number she told me the delivery was done and the tem was received and signed for. I told her I did not receive the parcel and also did sign for it. She then told me sorry sir that was the address given to them and they went to the fuel station quick shop and gave the parcel over the counter and an unknown person also sign for it. I asked her how can a parcel destined for a specific customer name to receive and.sign for it be given so irresponsibly over a counter not calling the legitimate customer and allowing an unknown person sign and leave it there, how incompetent. Just then got rude and told me sorry sir that was the address given to them and it is where the driver dropped it off, I asked her how incompetent can a courier company be delivering an item costing R9000.00 and let any person sign and accept it, without notifying the intended person. We went to the fuel station convenient store where The Courier Guy told me theu delivered my parcel and hoped we find it there, the manager took us to where a few items were left and luckily found the item with my name and cell number on the box. The manager that showed me my parcel also did not call me to pick up my parcel in 3 days, letting me think it is convenient to claim it themselves if the item owner doed not come and claim it. I'm so appalled by the incompetence of The Courier Guy to handle the transport and delivery of person's valuable items.
Not very helpful immigration consultants, they give you a deadline for payment and when the money is paid they idle. When you attemt to call an agent at their Centurian office by phone they do not respond not even an sms reply. Their work is just sending you email after email, that is their service you are charged for. I was told by their advisor to apply for a job it will speed the process, I then searched the link she sent and was interested in a job and required assistance to apply. I visited their Centurion office twice from far at my own cost. Only to tell me no I cant apply not having registrations they require and leaving it there. That poor service costing NZ$ 2400.00 (R 23 600) of which when cancelling they only offer to refund NZ$ 250.00 (R1900.00) claiming they offered me a service and that is all they refund me. I notified a senior agent at their Aukland office I will rether go to New Zealand personally to find work first and I dont accept the small amout they offer I would settle for at least NZ$1200.00 for a refund, no feedback received until now and being ignored now. Pathetic unprofessional service received from NZ Migration company that just want your money (very expensive) for just sending you emails when you require lot more assistance with such an important.change in your life and future.
