A representative, Cindy or Sindy, displayed a shocking lack of emotional intelligence and disregard for customer service when I spoke with her on the phone. Her aggressive and rude manner, coupled with an attempt to cros****amine me simply because I chose another provider, is unacceptable. Fortunately, another reputable provider contacted me promptly after my submission, long before NZ Migration did. Based on this encounter and other reviews I’ve seen, it seems I dodged a bullet by choosing a more professional company. #Disgrace

This the most fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. When an invoice of over R26 000 was charged for their phase 1 - same was paid accordingly. However COVID-19 and the lockdown caused me to loose my income and I couldn't go overseas. I immediately inquired to have a refund on the money but this company refuses to pay back my money. They are currently charging me R26 000 for 20 emails, which is ridiculous and I cannot afford this. Now they don't respond to any of my inquiries.DO NOT do any business with them, you will gain no service, an inbox full of emails and an absurd amount to be paid not seeing a cent worth of your money.

NZ immigration offered me a free consultation with one of their consultants by the name Lance Sterley. He was extremely unprofessional and I felt discriminated by him. His service was terrible and when I escalated it to Steven Smith, He took his side and stopped responding to my emails because I had told him that it’s very annoying that He is defending Lance and making it look like it’s my fault that He was unprofessional. I would love to know how events would have turned had I been a white person like them. It’s disgraceful to say the least.

Extremely unprofessional. Refused to talk to me, because my wife (who was in theatre for an emergency procedure they had to perform) was not with me. Their offices are appalling in my opinion. I will never let them handle my affairs.

Not very helpful immigration consultants, they give you a deadline for payment and when the money is paid they idle. When you attemt to call an agent at their Centurian office by phone they do not respond not even an sms reply. Their work is just sending you email after email, that is their service you are charged for. I was told by their advisor to apply for a job it will speed the process, I then searched the link she sent and was interested in a job and required assistance to apply. I visited their Centurion office twice from far at my own cost. Only to tell me no I cant apply not having registrations they require and leaving it there. That poor service costing NZ$ 2400.00 (R 23 600) of which when cancelling they only offer to refund NZ$ 250.00 (R1900.00) claiming they offered me a service and that is all they refund me. I notified a senior agent at their Aukland office I will rether go to New Zealand personally to find work first and I dont accept the small amout they offer I would settle for at least NZ$1200.00 for a refund, no feedback received until now and being ignored now. Pathetic unprofessional service received from NZ Migration company that just want your money (very expensive) for just sending you emails when you require lot more assistance with such an important.change in your life and future.
