This the most fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. When an invoice of over R26 000 was charged for their phase 1 - same was paid accordingly. However COVID-19 and the lockdown caused me to loose my income and I couldn't go overseas. I immediately inquired to have a refund on the money but this company refuses to pay back my money. They are currently charging me R26 000 for 20 emails, which is ridiculous and I cannot afford this. Now they don't respond to any of my inquiries.DO NOT do any business with them, you will gain no service, an inbox full of emails and an absurd amount to be paid not seeing a cent worth of your money.

A small amount is deducted twice a month from my Nedbank account.Tried to find out from Nedbank who it is that is deducting the money.I was given a name UPSL SHANGAI LEGAL ZA and a telephone number for a callcentre. When you phone the number you only get voicemail. Tried to Google the company but without success.

Nedbank's advice is stop the debit order. Yes fine but I did not authorise any debit order in the first place. How can my bank allow this without my permission.I want to be reimbursed with all the money that was taken from my account without my permission and I am not going to pay to stop this. Is my money still save with NEDBANK?

We are two members of a business and our payments is made via debit order. We notified Bonitas that our bank details has changed and send the new banking details for the debit orders through. On the notification we stated both accounts. One account was changed to the new bank details and the other one not.Now Bonitas let us know that the one account is suspended. This means that the request on the email was not read properly.

Settled my account after getting a settlement figure from FNB. Received a statement that the amount outstanding is zero and no further payments is required. To my surprise they deduct another payment at the end of the month. Now the problem is getting back my money and I do not know who to talk to.The response on emails is that it has been handed over to their legal department. What do they have to do with a debit order that was not stopped after settling the account
