I requested for medical records in Feb 2023 and have still not received them. I've been sending emails to the Hospital manager with no reply. I have called several times, with very little to none assistance. this is the 3rd month waiting when I was initially told that it takes 2 to 3 weeks to receive the medical records. I would not recommend anyone to use Mthatha Private Hospital.
I applied for an Iphone7 Contract with MTN South Africa through MTN Direct. I received the phone beginning of October 2020, but the phone could not connect to the server. When I returned the phone to my surprise I was told I applied with CCI and I must all CCI call centre. I called them and they sent a DSV driver to collect the phone, that was on the 6th October 2020. It has been a month and over 2 weeks now I have not received another phone, since they took it. I am told that the phone is still with DSV warehouse and they are unable to scan the barcode. 56 DAYS OF SCANNING A MERE BARCODE, 56 DAYS???? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? the phone still needs to be sent to MTN warehouse in Midrand, which means I am gonna wait for the whole year. I was told the turn around time is 14 - 21 days, but it's way past that. I'm being sent from pillar to post. I'd like to warn people that when calling MTN Direct applying for a cell phone contract, they must refuse to be apply with CCI or any other outsourced company, they must request to apply with strictly MTN Direct. CCI has got such BAD service.
I applied for a cellphone contract iPhone 7 and I received it yesterday 06/10/2020. it is now not connecting to the server and decided to return it. Called MTN Direct because I did my application with them 083 123 3667 and was told to return it to any MTN store, closest was MTN Carlton Centre. the lady that was assisting me was so helpful, however the system did not accept my return and was then told to expect a call from my sales person from MTN. I then decided to call MTN Direct and was told to return my phone to an MTN store, told them that I was told at the store that MTN Direct was gonna organise form my phone to be fetched from me. I then gave the consultant my ID number for her to check the person I did the application with. I was told that I did the application with CCI and would be transferred to them, their phone got cut off. called 083012303667 again and they finally managed to transfer me to this CCI. My concern is that I'm being told about CCI whereas the time I was applying I was never told of CCI or was never given an option to choose between CCI and MTN Direct. when I want to return the phone I'm being sent from pillar to post and given excuses. I chose MTN because of their stela service, I am now extremely disappointed.
