I wish everyone were smarter than me and refused cover from innovation group. It’s a literal ****. They pay for nothing and cover nothing. If I’d read the comments below before signing I’d have been way better off

Love TKTX so much
This business has life saving products. Nope I don’t have tattoos. What I do have is little babies who go for their vaccines and they smile through them. And the numbing lasts so long that we have good nights. Kids crying from vaccine pain? Can’t relate. Ear piercing pain? Can’t relate ❤️

I need a ZERO star rating. My advice to you all. DO NOT DO CONTRACTS with Vodacom. When you finish paying your obligation they then charge you MORE for a service you didn’t ask for. Try cancel it and they take you pillar to to post. No one can see on the system why you paying more , they say then can’t cancel and they send you department to department. Until boom, next pay day they debit again and threaten you. Vodacom is absolute ****!

FNB Reversals Are Close to impossible
I’m so disappointed and frustrated with the service . I have a transaction that was debited from my account even though the order did not go through on the merchants side. Literally just to have a refund from the bank despite me sending everything they need is looking unlikely. Everytime i speak to someone they need me to speak to someone else or another department . There is no customer care here. I’m considering moving to a bank where people are valued man!

DO NOT BUY! I am instituting legal proceedings to get this person caught and brought to justice. If anyone has a claim and would like to join me , leave a review here and let me know. I will be checking regularly. The more of us band together the bigger the matter will be and we can get this person or these people brought to justice.
