I just have been provided with the maximum amount available to borrow when I didn't request for it, I called the call center and an agent dropped the call on me so unprofessional
Very much unhappy with pay just now wouldnt recommend any one to use this nonsense yesterday I was supposed t o be paying my last installment they first tried to debit but it did not go off i dont know why because i had enough funds in my account then i tried to process the payment my self ,i tried atleast 5-6 times and it kept giving me the same error to say that i have reached my order limit i sent them a message they did not respond ,today they have charged me R125 in fees for their fault when i query with them they told me they not gonna remove the fees incurred due to the bank im using but im amazed because i was able to process other payments just not theirs KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAK SERVICEEEEEEEEE DO NOT USEEEEE SCAAAAAAAAAAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I signed my contract for the sonke Learnership under mobax managed services (Pty) In February 2022 and it is now August but I have never received my stipend we are being told that mobax is having financial difficulties but a contract is a contract and it is legally binding to top it all I signed my resignation letter in July but to date it hasn't been attended too Ive tried to reach out on all their social media platforms however I'm not getting assistance theyre refusing to terminate my contract and it is blocking me from trying other opportunities
