I ordered a Bolt this morning the funds were deducted from my bank account, there driver accepted the ride and when he came to my location firstly he was rude, 2ndly he wanted a cash payment as I already paid for the ride off my account he then cancelled my ride telling me his going to open it up for another driver to assist me and I will get my money back well none of that happened I was left stranded and Bolt did pay my money back all there app said was they going to charge me for cancelling yet it was there driver that did that. I will never use there service again horrible, horrible service.
The worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered items online via WhatsApp and paid for the items too when I asked for a refund no one is responding nor returning my funds after they said they would refund my money. They don’t take your calls answer there messages nothing they portray to be this for there clients type of business but they are not. They are the worst to deal with I will definitely never do any business with them ever again.
Horrible people to deal with total ****mers takes people's money with no delivery of the sneakers. Horrible customer service they ignore you when asked valid questions there's no answers to calls emails nor whatsapp don't ever do business with these con artists
Pep home Centurion Lyttelton branch to be precise. I honestly think it's got the worst service ever,with the rudest staff under the sun it's like they in competition who gives you the worst service it's not the 1st that it has happened to me in that store I don't even why I still support the branch.
I had a horrible experience at PEP store in Eersterust where the cashier actually sore at me the customer which I feel is extremely unprofessional and plain out rude. I want to take this matter futher
Good day. I just wanted to let you know and everyone else know should anyone come across these people/company via Facebook or and social platforms they are scammers liars and con artists. They took my money with not giving me all relevant information and when I said I'd rather wanted to cancel they had long soppy stories it's 2 weeks today and still I haven't gotten my money back I don't even think I'm going to get it back but I just wanted consumers and soon to be clients should know what and who they dealing with total fraudsters.
