I am so shocked and angry of how this pharmacy did to my Remedy medical aid for *****ulent claim. I received an email yesterday evening to say this pharmacy claim for medication of the amount R557.00 and that's was absolutely shocking for me as I am not aware of it and has nothing to do with me. I have exhausted my savings already in February and since then I have been buying my medication on cash in Kraaifontein or Panorama pharmacy. I've never been into this pharmacy and I don't know this claim and discovery approves it while I don't have any savings which is quit strange. Meaning POPI act is not in use our information is being exposed recklessly. For the fact the all Discovery members have this such ridiculous shocking claims on their medical aid is such a tremendous unprofessionalism

Not Happy about Pick N Pay Cape Gate grocery store , they are delaying my delivery and don't care to tell me. This is unacceptable and unprofessional and they know they should meet customers demands right now I don't feel like their customer service is useful. This is very bad
I am very disappointed with this courier company as they promised to deliver my parcel from Temu today but non of my parcel was delivered. They are very unprofessional, do not take their work serious. Do not understand the customer's needs and don't serve to run this company.
I ordered KFC via MrD and my food was not delivered last night. The driver didn't call me or anything until today. I tried to call, WhatsApp and send the tickets via the app still no replies. MrD is very unprofessional, poor service, do not care about their customers and the money they put in. Drivers lack customer service skills and MrD company do not deserve to operate in South Africa. This is a disgrace company to the PPL of South Africa. I am very disappointed and never wished I used their services. WARNING TO PPL OF SOUTH AFRICA DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE
I went to Telkom Tygervalley next to Mugg n Been inside the Tygervalley Mall for contract cancellation because I wanted to cancel my contract with Telkom but the muslim lady working in the Telkom store refuse to provide the services to me. Instead she mislead me and told me that she can't cancel my contract because the contract ends on the 17 September 2021. But I told her that the customer care phone me yesterday and told me that I can do the cancellation at your store as soon as possible if I want to. I was customer no.35 on Tuesday 31/9/2021. She then told me to go but I kept asking why I can't cancel now because I knew I had the opportunity to to do my contract cancellation but she stole that right and opportunity for me. If telkom employee are trained to mislead people um sorry um no longer interested in any of their services or contracts. I felt so disappointed because I knew I want to do and I was looking forward to make a new contract with Telkom but since they have misleading people no thank you.
Hi, I would like to thank Catis and Candice from Old Mutual Parow Center branch for their excellent service last month. The branch is complying to the rules and regulations of Covid 19 and they don't keep their customers waiting too long. I think you a million times and also for helping me to make a successful application.
I am ver disappointed with the service I recieved today at Old Mutual Cape Gate and I regret why I even bother to go there. I was approached by Megan yesterday if I want consolidate my two loans as on loan and I agree. Today when I came I waited for two hours for my application to be approved and another 30 minutes but still they told the contract is not ready yet. I don't have any problem with paying my loans but the fact they told me after I asked them why is it taking long. Then they told me I must bring a bond statement for God sake what were they waiting for after two hours waiting. They've wasted my time and i have other errands that I should have done today but I couldn't and wasted my money. The staff there is totally unprofessional and they don't care.
