I’m paying for poor services, then I went to the store with that loop device, they then did something and my address was changed to Kempton park and I’m in Boksburg, so all my 10gb monthly out of zone was used up and I’m left without internet connection… this is not my first time experiencing this poor service from rain. They always making promises they don’t keep… I saw how people take devices back because they don’t work.. and the fact that the store has no contacts number for someone to help you, and the call centres are not helpful at all.. when they just started years ago, they were the best, and as the years go on they grew but service became ****
I ordered medicine and paid but never received it… No response on email from them or on WhatsApp and address also does exist
I have been with nepic for 5 years and no problems until they recently went in partnership with supersonic, my WiFi has been off for two days now and the numbers for nepic is out of service and no response on my emails for support, supersonic can’t even give me a reason why I’m off and what’s wrong I have called out 200 in airtime and 2gb data just to keep sending mail to any one of them for answers. They take our money and no internet. Worst ever supersonic are not educated enough to even tell you what’s wrong and nepic ***n disappeared
