I was extremely excited to go to BB for the first time this weekend. Unfortunately it was VERY short lived, I visited the store in Table Bay Mall and was met by staff that were completely disinterested/***********. My first question was "How do the sizes work?" and the response was "I don't know, you'll just have to try them on to figure it out". I spent over 1.5hrs in the store trying on over 20 different styles/colours etc and not once was approached by either sales assistant for help. I was determined to find something so badly that my husband was running around picking up different sizes/styles out for me and helping me put them on while the 2 sales reps stood around chatting. While I commend any local brand that is size inclusive, I simply do not believe that most cuts actually provide support for anyone above a XL. While I loved some of the designs I could not find one bikin top that was comfortable while providing even a slight amount of support. (As a side note, my top was only a XL).
Affinity Health has been great to me over the years and everything runs very smoothly. I received excellent service from Leigh-Anne Andrews this morning.
Thireshni Perumal simply did an outstanding job upgrading my Hospital Plan with me telephonically. She was patient and thoroughly explained the upgrades to me.
