I was expecting delivery on the 24 however the driver **** to say I was not home and I’ve been home from Saturday I never left my house because am sick on Monday he didn’t even call me nothing no contact on for him to lie and say he made contact funny on the 25 yesterday I got the very same text that says my delivery failed due to I was not home another lie no one contacted me again yesterday buffalo is uses I feel that they’re ruining SHEIN business with these delivery stories the sooner the better other companies stop using it
Am not happy with capitec I feel like they are ****ming people of their monies they decided to hold funds from my account without any notice what so ever I contacted them and they said I must send some documents so that the can release the funds I sent them and I went to the branch to be verified and they said all is successful and no ***** was detected but it's funny the hold is still not removed its funny it took them seconds to hold my funds now that they must release my funds I must beg them capitec is not fair at all as a client whr do I go what must I don't I've been contacting them everyday still nothing I want capitec to tell me is they are running some kind of **** on people
The father of my kids sent money from UK I haven't received the money as yet I tried calling and they keep saying am caller number 3 I sent a whatsap still no response I want the money my kids didn't eat in Christmas all because of your poor services

I am so so unhappy with the level of service I have received from a big company like this to not have great customer experience.so I applied for a device with FNB connect it was approved I got the order number and the device was shipped on the day of the delivery I decided to check where my parcel was only to find its being returned to FNB...sadly enough is that no1 one called me to tell me why or why happened imagine its my daughter's birthday that device was for her as her birthday gift having to explain why she is not getting the device which I don't know why I made countless calls to fnb trying to find out why because it was approved and shipped out I was taken to pillar to post I was given like 5 numbers to call all of them had no answer am really heart broken because FNB its a big company with bad service I have a private account and business account with them I feel that I must close them what a big disappointment my daughter is sick she has cancer and she's been struggling with with her health so I decided to make her happy just once since she has always wanted this device now this as a mother I feel like i failed to make her wishes come true during her last months of living 4😪😔
Smd I've been trying to get my refund from your company am highly disappointed in the way you do business I won't recommend smd to anyone you are quick to take people's money and never want to refund them you are scammers I want my money am contacting the ombudsman today since from last year year its been one story after another
Hi I paid a deposit last year around November and after a week I requested for my deposit and still up to this date I haven't received my refund I've been calling and emailing but nothing Smd are you scamming me or what I want my money it's urgent
