I have applied for an online upgrade on 2021-10-04 and the device was returned due to courier not being able to reach me that was confirmed by an agent , I re-applied on the 15th of Oct. still did not get the device i called daily and got stories like we do not have stock , we will revert back to you then on the 15th of Nov. I got a message that I was billed for the device I did not receive I went to their branch in the Glen I was helped to call the billing department I spoke to Noxolo Dlamini who promised to reverse the billing but it got deducted from my account in November and December I reversed it from then I wrote on their Facebook page have been calling 081180 , a case was opened nobody gets back to me and my cellphone account got suspended I cannot make calls ,send messages or even sent emails and I am apparently owing over R2000.00 for a device I did not receive, my bank account is being tempered with, my credit scoring is being messed . This is an inconvinience and it is frustrating
