Disappointment Ram
Please assist. Ram had to collect an cancelled order to return to original sender on 27 September 2020 on the 1st of October , 8 October and on 12 October i called for collection arrangements. Every date mentioned we stayed home in hope of parcel being picked up , today is the 14th October , how many times must i sit wasting time and cost of telephonic arrangements to collect one parcel.Seriously 17 days to collect a parcel without any response from RAM
