Yoh what a waste of my Money. I called 1st for Women immediately after I pumped my rear windscreen and was told to register the claim on the App of which I did. Days later the windscreen claim is still in review. Some advisor Millicent Maaitjie is unavailable to calls and when you call the insurer they keep saying it’s in review. I even resorted to calling Glassfit myself to replace the windscreen because 1st For Women only cares about your monthly payments and don’t care about the convenience we pay them for. These people are useless and incompetent and there is no sense of urgency. I think people must not waste their money on such an insurer. Totally and utterly unreliable especially during such unprecedented times.
What a waste of Money..... This is a rip off. I would caution everyone who want to buy from this restuarant. Braza Loch Logan - Loch Logan Waterfront must be permanently closed before they start killing people. On the 6th February at 16:40 Order number #DFD49863522 i ordered Chicken Wings (R113) and the Porto Platter (481) and yoh i was so dissapointed. We nearly died from all the vomitting myself and my husband experienced. The worst platter i have had. The prawns had no taste at all, beef espetada was over cooked, had and no seasoning. The calamari and squids had no taste and no flavor. The chicken wings are really the worst. The rice was off and smelling, and what i think is food poisoning, the prawns tasted off and had a offish smell. it was small and mushy. The restaurant's inspectors needs to do something about this before alot of people gets sick.
What a joke of a insurance company. Guys please do not insure your cars with the pity excuse of an insurance. I have been their client for years and they always had some story and excuse when it came to my insurance. I got the shock of my life on Thursday 22nd October. I drive a BMW 318i 2018 model, and recently had to claim for my windscreen as it was damaged. Of which i did, and got my car's windscreen replaced at the Glassfit Bloemfontein Branch. Now on the 22nd, i got another chip and wanted to sort it out before the chip ran on my windscreen when i got the shock of my life. That Budget Insurance requested Glassfit Bloemfontein Branch to replace my windscreen with an alternative windscreen and not a BMW Windscreen approved class. I got furious and called Budget and all the could say was that they only fit the original class of a car on a car that is less that 2 years old. I mean who does Budget think they are, making such a decision without my consent. What happens if i want to sell my car and will get a less value because Budget decided on their own accord that they will not put the original class in. Meaning this is decreasing the value of my car. Guys i was so angry because that is my car that i work hard to pay off. Even till now, Budget and its Managers has done nothing to remediate the issue. They don't care. Guys for your own sanity please use another Insurance company that will look after your assets. and even worse, the so called manager is so arrogant. Budget Insurance doesn't care, but they want to always debt order my account 3 days before its actually agreed date. I am moving my business some where else.
What a useless Private Banker. When you call him, he never answers his phone and he never has buntu to return ones calls as a client. He doesnt care. All he does is send senseless mails to your imbox. Everytime when i do get hold of him, he would refer me to the Private Clients Call Centre because he is too busy doing God knows what. Is this the type of behaviour and client service FNB has been accustomed to? Is this how we deserve to be treated. I am a paying client and never have any excuses when i pay my monthly account fees.
