I am extremely disappointed with the service from Pineapple Insurance. I contacted them on the 21st to correct an error I made on their application form and to declare that I had been in an accident. The reason for my call was to find out what the increase in my premium would be and, based on that, whether or not I should cancel my policy. I made it very clear that I needed this information by the 25th to ensure I had enough time to potentially change insurers and avoid a gap in coverage. Since the 21st, I have WhatsApped them every single day and sent multiple emails, yet there’s been no reply. Someone finally called me on the 23rd, and I explained the situation. They promised to let me know about the premium adjustment, but nothing happened. Then, to make matters worse, the payment went off before any resolution. On the 27th, someone called me again, and I had to re-explain my entire situation. Despite following up every single day, I’m still waiting for a resolution. Pineapple Insurance has zero customer service. They are quick to take your money but refuse to assist you when you need help. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this company.

They stole from me!!! I ordered them to cancel my application and they went ahead and debited me anyway
