i have a Nedbank credit card outstanding debt which i arranged a monthly payment of R500 which i have been doing until I had a serious accident on 2 March 2024 which has left me cripple and had my legs amputated at Dr Pixley ka Isaka Seme Memorial Hospital. i have sent them communication from my surgeon and even mentioned that all this information can be verified. i have undergone 5 surgeries. This company is harrassing despite me telling them i cannot pay and causing me even more grief. How do i pay, I CANNOT work. is their a clause in my initial agreement with Nedbank that should i have an accident or is unable to work what would happen my balance Please STOP harrassing me with threatening emails saying that you will take movable assets

These people got a judgment against me for a NEDBANK account which had prescribed. I never received any summons notifying me that I should appear in court.I discovered abt the judgment when I was shortlisted for a job.

8003292719401 I’ve an issue with the service I’m getting from the attorneys specifically a lady called Ellen khumalo. She offered me a settlement amount to settle My Nedbank personal loan account which I did however, when I inquire with Nedbank my account doesn’t show as settled on their side. There seems to be miscommunication between the two organisations and it’s frustrating for me as a customer as I’m constantly calling for an update. When I called Nedbank they requested me to send a settlement letter I got from Ellen Khumalo from Blake’s maphanga in order to assist me with a paid up letter. I did not get any settlement letter from Ellen, she only sent me a written email with the discounted settlement amount I need to pay to settle my account. I called on the 12 Dec requesting for the letter from her so that Nedbank can provide me with a paid up letter, she advised that she will send it to Nedbank retail recoveries and cc me. Today it’s the 27th Dec and I haven’t received any communication or whatsoever from her. I had to call to follow up and her response was that the Nedbank team is closed and can only provide me with a letter only in Jan. The lady is also not professional with customers and doesn’t have a phone and email etiquette. I had to force her to send me an email so that I can have a footprint that I will get my letter next year but my problem is that the Nedbank team(NRR department) says they can see the payment I made but the account is not settled however Ellen from Blakes advises that account is closed. I need a formal settlement letter from this company so that I can forward it to Nedbank so that I can get my paid up letter! Nedbank can’t assist with a written email

I would like to Log a complain about the account I have with Blakes Maphanga Attorneys. I would like to know why is my Balance shows as an Installment that I'm paying every Month not as Balance ,that is not the Installment I was paying ..I was paying R250 yet it appears as R2000 can that be fixed because that is giving me a Bad Credit Record. I would also like to find out why am I still listed because the account is PRESCRIBED and would like that to be sorted out, I Took that account in 2010 and in 2018 I couldn't continue paying till this year when they started sending me emails that I must pay an outstanding account yet account was already prescribed. I was Blaked Maphanga to remove my name from credit bureau as my account was prescribed a long time ago
