ORDZ000346399 I do not recommend this company at all!! They lack a professional etiquette, as stated on their website, delivery takes 2-3 days. It’s day 6 today with no luck of my delivery! When you contact them, they will make excuses that they will check and communicate back via phone call or email. They don’t!I need my refund! Pathetic service!
8003292719401 My loan account was transferred to Blake’s Maphanga by Nedbank due to multiple missed installments as I was unemployed. Now I’m struggling to get assistance with a paid up Letter. I’ve an issue with the service I’m getting from the Blake’s Maphanga attorneys (where my account is handed over to)specifically a lady called Ellen khumalo(she’s handling my account) She offered me a settlement amount to settle My Nedbank personal loan account which I did however, when I inquire with Nedbank my account doesn’t show as settled on their side. There seems to be a broken communication between the two organisations which it’s frustrating me now as a customer as I’m constantly calling the two organisations to get update on my account status and my paid up letter. I’m now playing the middleman who has to facilitate the communication between the two companies. When I called Nedbank(NRR)they requested me to send a settlement letter I got from Ellen Khumalo from Blake’s maphanga attorneys in order to assist me with a paid up letter. I advise that I did not get any settlement letter from Ellen, she only sent me a written email with the discounted settlement amount I need to pay to settle my account. I called Ellen from Blake’s malanga attorneys on the 12 Dec requesting for the letter from her so that Nedbank can provide me with a paid up letter, she advised that she will send it to Nedbank retail recoveries and cc me. Today it’s the 27th Dec and I haven’t received any communication or whatsoever from her. I had to call to follow up and her response was that the Nedbank team is closed and can only provide me with a letter only in Jan. The lady is not professional with customers and doesn’t have a phone and email etiquette. I had to force her to send me an email so that I can have a footprint that I will get my letter next year but my problem is that the Nedbank team(NRR department) says they can see the payment I made but the account is not settled however Ellen from Blakes advises that account is closed. I need a formal settlement letter from this company so that I can forward it to Nedbank so that I can get my paid up letter! Nedbank can’t assist with a written email. Also seeing that Nedbank has an agreement with this people, it’s their responsibility to ensure that there is a smooth communication between them and the company, I can’t be calling the attorneys and them struggling to get a paid up letter!! You’re too quick to blow up my phone with calls and message when a payment is not received however, when it’s time to get a clearance letter it’s a struggle, it’s pathetic!

Worst delivery service ever!!! Ordered my items on the 24th and expected a delivery on the 25th as I was charged an express delivery. I didn’t get my delivery or communication from Superbalist. Contacted them today to follow up and they advised that the courier guy will be at my house by 11am and I did also advise that I will not be available then as I’m travelling. No 1 took an initiative to call anything, till now I’m still waiting. I’m so gutted by this service delivery. I want my refund today!!!
My father purchased a nokia cellphone cash at the store in mid july this year,he then encountered a problem with the battery of the phone ,he then took it to the store in july to report it .complaint was logged and was told he will get it after 2 weeks . He gave my number so that they could contact him in case the phone was repaired and he had to fetch it ... no 1 is bothering to follow up with us and update us with the phone , we constantly have to call Tumi the consultant to follow up ,it's been 3 months now and they keep telling us that the supplier does not have the parts to repair the phone till now... My dad is unemployed and has to literally catch a taxi from soweto to East rand mall to follow up about the phone which he does not get any assistance.. a call was made again today this morning and spoke to the manager , she said she is aware of the matter but she still needs to confirm with tumi the consultant then she will call me back ...I'm still waiting even now
<p>My name is *****gwe Moeketsi ,sometime in december 2017 i called in at cell c call centre to order two phones for myself and my mother , a Lady by the name of Refilwe morailane Assisted me as my sales lady i specifically told her that i needed two phones she offered me two phones that were running on promotion that time which was a samsung galaxy grand prime and a samsung galaxy j2 mini i accepted the offer and she said she is going to quickly do the application for me and i will retrieve a message on my phone as soon as it approves.. Indeed after a couple of hours i retrieved a message clearly stating that my order is been approved and i should be getting my phone soon , after 3 days i received only one phone and i was surprised because i was supposed to get 2phones, i personally contacted refilwe again and she told me that they dot have stock as yet for the phone . January 2017 no contacted me as yet regarding my order i called again and This Refilwe lady keeps telling me the very same story ...</p> <p>I am very disappointed by cell c and the employee that assisted me because even today i am still waiting and she is not calling me or whatsoever .. she missed informed me and is a very good liar .. I needed two phones not one otherwise i wouldnt have ordered.</p>
