Shame o you Woolworths for treating your customers like, we bought the Shimeji mushrooms and experienced extreme food poisoning, All my complaints were just ignored, this is a serious matter, its playing with peoples lives, when you get a second to ask us how we are feeling, disgusted with you.
OMG Defy, your decades of unimaginable and truly amazing products in my home is beyond phenomenal. Growing up with Defy products at home, I made sure that in my new home, we embraced Defy. Your appliances are definitely built for reliability and a brand that is trustworthy and carried from generation to generation. I can proudly say that your products have never had a fault. I dont think there is a home without Defy. You are truly a brand that I cherish and highly recommend and will continue to do so. Thank you so much :)
Received a call in July to say that my home insurance premiums will be increasing on 1st September 2025, I asked the agent to please change my debit order date from 1st to the 2nd of each month, now my account has been debited twice, one on the 1st August for the current amount and again on the 2nd of August for the increased amount, so i sent off an email to say whats going on with he double debit, getting no response, i reversed the second increased double debit, Mabaso then called me who advised the double debit was because my July debit was not met, I then checked my bank account and hat was incorrect, so I asked for a manager who cancelled my insurance and supposedly reinstated now, now i am receiving sms's to say that because my debit reversed, policy is cancelled but my August debit was paid. i am really upset as this has caused a lot of unnecessary problems. i need to know whats going on.
Good day I have been liaising with Janine Joshua. I would like to extend my home loan with a special arrangement of R1000 each month on my home loan. This is due to the fact that I have been in an accident on 2 March 2024 which has left me with double amputation on both my legs. So basically I am bedridden and cannot ever work again. Please note that I have never worked since 2 March 2024. I have had family members who helped me to make my monthly payments but things are getting tight with them as well therefore I humbly request that my bond repayments be reduced to R1000 per month and extended. Also due to the fact that I have a very small balance left. Please also be advised that I am currently in the process of a divorce. I have made a payment of R1000 for May. It’s strange now I getting realtors calling me to ask if my house is for sale. I would like to know what’s going on. I am already on a lot of medication daily and cannot undergo the stress that FNB is putting on me. It’s so sad. I have been with you guys for like 30 years. I look forward to your response as I am getting no help from Janine. all your email addresses dont work i am trying to resolve this matter for over a year and nobody wants to help me. this is really pathetic and also why was i not covered for disability and death. i have never been so traumatised me. Fnb is a disgusting bank to deal with
i have a Nedbank credit card outstanding debt which i arranged a monthly payment of R500 which i have been doing until I had a serious accident on 2 March 2024 which has left me cripple and had my legs amputated at Dr Pixley ka Isaka Seme Memorial Hospital. i have sent them communication from my surgeon and even mentioned that all this information can be verified. i have undergone 5 surgeries. This company is harrassing despite me telling them i cannot pay and causing me even more grief. How do i pay, I CANNOT work. is their a clause in my initial agreement with Nedbank that should i have an accident or is unable to work what would happen my balance Please STOP harrassing me with threatening emails saying that you will take movable assets
I have been for the last month asking FNB STI claims for my claims history for the last 3 years. These emails have been totally ignored. Is that how you treat your clients. Utterly disgusted with the behavior of FNB
I am so utterly disappointed. I have received tons of harassing calls from Nedbank and their call center demanding monies which I owe for my outstanding credit card. I do owe the money and made an arrangement to make a R500 monthly payment which I have been doing until tragedy struck me. On 2 March 2024 I met with an accident and had both my legs amputated. I am unable to work. I sent confirmation from my surgeon confirming this. Despite this they are still harassing me for payment. I even asked if there is a clause in my credit card agreement stating if I am in an accident and not able to work but no answer. I am cripple for crying in a bucket and asking for help but no one wants to
