great with service and quality items
Company is great with service and quality items, however. After sales service clearly needs to be improved as you cannot just bully smaller companies now because you are a big corporate

Mall is conveniently close to my house
Southgate Mall is conveniently close to my house. its very popular with shoppers because it has a good variety of grocery and take away shops, as well as banks, alcohol, clothes, hardware, butchery, furniture and ample parking space. There is reliance Uber and minibus Taxi transportation. Its a busy Mall due to its location.

pleasent time
ery nice mall. Loved the open air courtyard in the food court. The security were very helpful and friendly. Also had a very good experience at the Spur here. Delicious food and excellent service. Hygiene also seemed to be a priority for them. An all around pleasent time.

would recommend
Always busy. But clean. Baby toilets are bomb! I get lost all the time inside the mall but getting used to it. One thing I'd say is the mall is just not what I thought it was. I legit think mall of Africa looks way better inside. They need to do better inside. Make it look nice n stuff but would recommend. And If u are a mandala fan. Definitely gonna love his statues

TO THE CEO OF TELKOM: I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED IN A WAY I CAN NOT EXPRESS MYSELF!!!! TELKOM IS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT I KNOW OFF THAT DOESN'T ALLOW BANK DETAILS TO BE CHANGED DUE TO A CLIENT'S CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY MENTIONED THAT A NEW BANK ACCOUNT MUST BE OLDER THAN 3 MONTHS BEFORE THIS COULD BE AMENDED ON THEIR SYSTEM, HOW RIDICULOUS IS THIS. I HAVE A FEW DEBIT ORDERS AND NOT ONE OF THEM HAVE GIVEN ME THIS BULL**** EXCEPT TELKOM. THEY ALSO MENTIONED THAT IF THE DEBIT ORDER DOES'T GO THROUGH ON THE CURRENT BANK ACCOUNT (WHICH IS NOW CLOSED) THEY WILL ADD ANOTHER R200 REJECTION FEE TO THE MONTHLY PREMIUM. THIS IS PLAINLY ROBBING PEOPLE IN DAYLIGHT. I WOULD SUGGEST SOMEONE AT TELKOM SHOULD CHANGE THIS, TO BENEFIT AND TO KEEP THEIR EXISTING OR EVEN NEW CLIENTS. I WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE TO THIS MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE WE AS PEOPLE HAVE A RIGHT TO CHANGE THINGS IN THEIR LIFE DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES. TELKOM WON'T MAKE MY LIFE MISERABLE JUST BECAUSE THEY WANT TO ROB ME AND I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY OTHERS BUT I HAVE DECIDED TO RATHER GO WITH ANOTHER SP IN THE NEAR FUTURE. THANK YOU SO MUCH.....FOR NOTHING.
