I bought a headboard cash, and after more than 20 days there’s still no delivery. Bradlow's It’s just lies and excuses. That store is a total waste of time and money.
I received a call from a company claiming I gave consent for an affordability assessment. They even sent me an SMS with someone’s ID number! I never agreed to this. This is a serious breach of POPIA and client privacy. Companies must protect personal information, not misuse it.
I bought a vehicle with them; it was having more than 5 fault. Worse part was, it smokes when you start the Vehicle and after that smoke stop. I did take a video and show them after i picked up the vehicle. I gave them my vehicle, they need it for 7 days to fix, but they did not fix anything even one problem on the vehicle. Gerhard just says" sorry if it is not broken, they will not fix". it's their company policy. If the car is smoking and they can't see broken parts they can't fix. Be carefully with this dealership. Six-month warranty we pay, it's useless
