I went for an interview at Premier Body and Health Melrose Arch and I was told I got the job on the spot. I was told to come to work the following day for a training which I will be compensated for .I worked for Premier Body and Health Melrose Arch from the 13th of February to the 14th of February but was never paid despite multiple attempts to contact management. There was no communication or resolution. I want to warn others considering working with them to be cautious and ensure proper agreements are in place. In those two days I spend R200 on parking tickets because when I asked them about parking they told me they will sort it out. I don’t think I am the only person they have exploited. I think they have exploited and probably still exploiting young desperate people seeking employment.
I placed an order yesterday at 15:50 and the estimated delivery time was 16:30. It then changed to 08:30 the following morning, then change again to 09:30 and now changed again to 10:30. Still haven’t received my order . If I knew Pick ‘n Pay ASAP has so many inconsistencies I would have just went to the shop . I’m soooo disappointed and doubt I will ever use them again
Firstly they didn’t me that I won’t be getting the watch I purchased until the courier guy delivered a package without my watch . When i enquired they told me the realised on the delivery day that the watch purchased was fault therefore can’t realise it . Then they refunded me into my account profile and when I told them to refund my money back into my back account they said within 1-4 days and that was on the 26th of Feb and today it’s the 5th of March and I haven’t received anything . The watch was meant to be a birthday present so now I don’t have the watch and I haven’t been refunded!
I bought a watch as a birthday gift for my husband and I was told that it will be delivered the following week, then their delivery SLA elapsed I wrote to them to check when I will receive the watch and they told me it’s on its way , when they drive got here I’m given an almost empty package and I immediately get a notification that the amount I bought with has been returned to my account (profile) . When I opened the package there’s no watch , I then wrote to then to ask what’s going on and the told me they discovered upon delivery that the watch I purchased didn’t have a battery. I requested that my money be transferred to my bank account and I didn’t consent for a profile credit and that I want to use it to purchase a second option birthday present and I was promised that it will reflect within 1-4 days and this was on the 26th of Feb . Today it’s the 5th of March I still haven’t received my money and they are ignoring my emails. So I don’t have a watch or my money !! I’m extremely disappointed
The worst shipping company ever. The most dishonest. I order clothes from Shein for 4000 and got an invoice from aramex to lay close to 2000 for customs... Half of the money I spend for my parcel. After two days of questioning the custom amount they ended up saying they used the wrong tarrifs and reduced the amount to 1000 which we still not sure if it's a correct amount. They are conartists I'm sooo disappointed. Don't ever ever use Aramex guys. It's the most frustrating and dishonest company ever.
