Very unprofessional, bad customer service. The staff is rude. Worst of all. They don't pay back your deposit. Unike, never responds to communication. She is never available to take calls or is always out of the office. This company needs to be investigated. It seems like it's only black people who are being robbed.
I have just had the most traumatic experience with Compuscan, I logged a dispute with them regarding an account I paid up months ago. I received an Sms on Saturday saying that the dispute has been resolved, only to find out that they now put an account against my name that I have never had. What scares me is that, their system was hacked not so long ago. Not even 1 member of the management had the decency to attend to my matter. Guys please call and and ask for an updated credit report to make sure that your reports are updated with information you know of.
