Absolutely disappointing service from tracker since 18/02/2025. After two follow up calls to get my debit order sorted and my Debi check sorted, I have still no success with this company. I spoke to Nkalipho who promised me on Friday 28/02/2025 that she will follow up regarding my query and promised to send me an email on Monday regarding communication, and to date no information has been received. The service is shocking, I do not want to think what will happen when I have an emergency.
I did a quotation with Santam on Wednesday 12 February and requested a call back on 13 February at 11:00. No missed call or attempt to call me back to date. I spoke to Ukho and he promised to call me back. I have lodged a complaint and sent an email and still no feedback. Is this how clients are clients are treated before you even join Santam? Very bad service and no communication to clients
From the moment we got there which was around 2pm until after 8pm we had the worst experience, one after another. I am lost for words the way they run the Emergency unit. After we filed two complaints whilst being there, the experience left me absolutely speechless. I would not recommend Eugene Marais Emergency Unit for anyone who has an EMERGENCY and are looking for proper medical treatment. Absolutely horrific!
I am lost for words after dealing with their receptionists for the first time ever on Friday 18/08/2023. I simply called and asked if a specific doctor is available. They rep**** and said no and dropped the phone. After phoning back I eventually got assisted with an alternative doctor who is available. Why should the phone be dropped first? I called again this morning about a query for a sick note. Their response was ‘you need to send an email’. And they simply just dropped the call again. There was no time for me to even ask for the specific email address. They just dropped! You feel that you are bothering them by phoning for a service. Where I feel they should assist you and provide you with a service. But that is not the case. This is really shocking and gives the centre a bad reputation, just because of their receptionists. This was the receptionists for Dr Brink, Dr Heyns, Dr Meyer, Dr Hattingh, Dr Kotze.
Absolutely horrible service from Planet Fitness and their customer care agents. After sending 3 emails in 2020 to have my membership cancelled and attempting to call. I only managed to get my Membership cancelled in 2021. Upon sending my cancellation request emails through to the agent as requested. I have not heard a response. Then following up calls were made requesting proof of my membership documents and the adviser telling me they first have to scan it in in order to send it to me, 3 weeks later. Still no reply. Then only to hear that my request for refund will only be processed after 45 days ??? I requested written proof and still nothing. I requested a copy of my membership, nothing. I requested a written confirmation that ‘management’ (if there are any) are busy with my query, nothing. This is completely horrific service and would suggest Planet Fitness to no one. I cannot complain about customer service because there aren’t any!!! They are easy to sign you up, but when you need their service they disappear. What a joke!
