Anger customer due to lack of communication and services
I paid R399 for them to install fibre, they were very prompt to come only to tell me that the technician would come and install. Fine he called and he setup an appointment and we both agreed on the time. All of a sudden they get to my house in the morning and we had an appointment for late afternoon. Had a agreement with the technician and I rquested a refund and I still have NOT gotten my money back. Been taken from pillar to post and the agent has been giving me excuses She says she will call and she doesn't, last week she asked me to write my account on a piece of paper and I wrote my number as well but I waited and she didn't call me I went back after two day, I was told that the money should be in my acoount within 72 hours. Before all this I was asked for a proof of account then all od a sudden she went a bank statement

Uhappy customer's
Well we at McDonald's Carlton Center.... We've been waiting for our food for almost an hour We get the food and we are told that they don't give out trays cause they will be loadshedding As we are having our meal an employee at McDonald's tells us we have to hurry up and eat our food because they don't allow customers to sit in during loadshedding

Good day I was dismissed on the 15th of August 2022 and iv been waiting the funds but it's been 7 months I haven't received any funds and I'm currently unemployed they kicked me out where I use to stay. I than got a call from H.R they advised me that in the next two weeks I would get the money but I'm still waiting. I called and I'm still told to wait another two weeks. Please assist

UNHAPPY
I want to know how is it possible for people that applied in June already got paid but people that applied in August haven't gotten paid yet? I have not had an income since forever,I have been to department numinous times and have been chatting on email with a lady called Jane,now shes not responding to my emails anymore. It just amazes me when i check on the portal it say i was paid in May and i didn't receive the funds,i was also told to wait for 35 days and im still waiting........
