<div>I'm so very disappointed with bradlows furniture shop.i bought a 4plate stove at bradlows furniture shop on credit of which I'm paying very well and on the amount I'm paying it includes insurance in case something happened to the stove.so what happened is all of the sudden the stove stop working and i went to the store and report my problem of which it's been to weeks not and I'm yet to get any help.im so disappointed i never thought that a such store as bradlows furniture shop doesn't care about their clients.bradlows I'm so disappointed with the service</div>
I am really so disappointed with the service at Bradlows furniture shop.i happen to buy a 4 plate stove at bradlows on credit of which I'm paying very well.on the amount that I'm paying it even include insurance for in case if anything can happen to the stove.so what happened is my stove it's not working.and i went to the shop and report the problem of which it's almost two weeks now and nothing it's happening and i haven't received anything help from them.i have to use the stove to cook for my kid's but I'm unable to do that.because they don't care to come and fix the problem.
VODACOM did a sim swap for someone else with my numbers.without even confirming with me and the person stole my money using my cellphone banking,And the worse part is that it was done while my phone was on,not switched off at all but managed to do a sim swap.when i tried contacting them the response was they are facing a technical problem.and i went chat online and was told to go to the shop straight.and i did just that when i reached there i was told that they are unable to help me because I'm on prepaid npt contract,why would Vodacom do a sim swap without even calling me to confirm if either the person is the owner of the numbers or not.and why do they have a prepaid simcard if they can't even help when one is facing such challenges like i did.i lost my hard earned money cause of Vodacom
