I can't believe I am here again about the same college, same issue!!. My son's fees are paid up in full for the year, yet he has not received his June results, same issues from previous semesters. Second semester has started, one assignment is due in a week, the college has now gone mute on e-mails. I have phoned 4 times and held on for more than 15 minutes each time but still got no assistance. My son will be behind again this semester, this is just unbelievable. Maybe we now need to publish the names of the employees here so that the college can discipline them.
I am beyond FRUSTRATED!! How can one student experience so many issues in such a short space of time, from not getting results on time to getting wrong results, the list goes on. Now I can't register my son for the academic year because the college has mixed up names on their system, they now have me (the mother and account payer), as the student. This started last year and when I queried I was told it had been resolved but clearly not. I have sent several e-mails, called the college several times but no-one responds, clearly they don't care. I wonder if they would ignore overdue accounts the same way. Out of desperation I have even cc'd directors like Nadeem Cassim in my e-mails but still no-one cares. CAN SOMEONE HELP!!!!
I have dealt with Haydee Miles twice when applying for a critical skills visa and on both occasions she was friendly, professional and she knows her job. She advises and reassures you all the way and you are always in safe hands with her. I would recommend Haydee to anyone any day.
I am being asked to pay for 3 modules that I already paid for in 2019 just because the student applied for credits late! The college tells me this is a 'fair administrative system'! How ethical is this! Students did not attend lectures for the most part of this year, yet we are still paying fees in full, on top of it I should pay twice for 3 modules!. Anything that benefits the account payer is apparently 'not allowed by the system'. Are they going to write off fees that are not paid at the end of the year since they can't mix previous year's transactions with the current year, as I have been told?. Parents choose private colleges and pay fortunes in fees, hoping the service will be better! I was referred to so many people yet the query still remains unresolved or, 'resolved, according to them, by asking me to just pay again'.
