I ordered Kitchen double zinc dated 26 Nov 2026, 1 item was missing. I called the sales consultant about that, Promised to send the item till today I haven't receive any. At many times get assurance that they will check with their warehouse never receive any follow-up.
We bought HiSense 100 inch last year before last in November. Before a year it's started showing some light spots on the screen. I went to the shop and complaint, they advised to send the technician of no one came. For the second, third time and last tie we were told of there's no guarantee. I mentioned that it was never been attended from the on set

I have opened a case atRoodepoort police station. The constable told me I will get the case number on my cell phone later. When I got the text messages it 2 messages that include the name of Investigator and the contact numbers.Guess what when I call the the numbers don't exits. When I call the Roodepoort number it's also out of order. The other number ringins and no answer.
Last week Friday week to open a case and avidavit at Roodepoort police station. I waited for 45 minutes after I explain my complaint as I was refered by my bank to report *****/****.The police lady told me that there's not case because I transfered the money to the service provider. I tried to explain that he didn't render the service and he acknowledged the money is received.She said it's an agreement even though he didn't deliver!I left the police station disappointed and asking where is justice. You pay and anyone can just get away without doing the duty.Please help we need a better service in our SAPS!!
Such a ****mer and *****, I paid almost 90% deposit in Nov as per quation and every day he kept on saying he wil come next week or he's busy with the boards to be cut.Bad communicationdon't answer the phone, message read & ignore.Or his busy with his pontential clients. Please do not ever, ever give this guy business his not business minded and I doubt if he does know the job!!!
I'm so disappointed of this service provider Vox telecom instead of paying my R700 refund they sending invoice to make payment for next knowingly that I have cancelled their quotation.I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks without getting my refund
I applied FIBER in March few days after we moved to the house we bought and we were told the previous owner had a contract which will end on the last day of April. By that time I got the email to make payments of R700 & immediately it reflected on the payment panel. We wait patiently hoping to get notification that the Fiber will be installed in our home. When we call we were told the same story, then I asked that but we already make payments. The consultant said we don't have to worry as soon as we get installation it will be already paid. After 10 days we decided to cancel the deal. We sent the email that we're no more interested as our kids have to do school research and it costs us to more to buy data for both. We then decided to get another Service Provider who delivered in 3 days. I have sent several emails to request my refund, instant I have been sent from pillar to post. On the 6th May the technician came & we advised him that we already cancelled the application. When we call VOXTELECOM we were told that they already installed. I told them no ways with whose permission because we sent the driver # technician back. Those people are not professional in business. I'm still waiting even now to get my money back. Please help me find my R700 back
I have been waiting for since I filled in the refund form dated 03/10/20 of R2 525 which it said they will take 10%.It's almost 2 months and 3 weeks still haven't receive my refund. Every time I call the agents promise to follow up and will keep me posted but nothing happened. When i speak to the operator there's a rude her name is Pearl or Pam she' so irritated every time when I question. HELLO PETER PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK! SCAM..
I did receive the email to fill the refund forms immediately on the 3rd October just after you contacted Hotel Express. It's almost two months i haven't receive my money back R2 250because they told me they are going to charge 10 percent from R2 525 they took
