Then you must still contend with their useless AI Tobi bot, you can't even call and speak to a human. This is absolutely disgraceful customer "service" and they should be ashamed.
I have been with them for several years for car, household and cellphone insurance and have been very happy. Their customer service is top notch and in the unfortunate event of a claim it is sorted out with no fuss at all within days.
I paid the final instalment on my account 28/09/20 and then was promptly debited for that amount as well. My account is now in a positive. I have been phoning and emailing since then to be refunded and am completely ignored. Furthermore your agents blatantly lie, pretending to be each other's team leaders so that complaints cannot be escalated internally. You should be ashamed of such unethical and illegal behaviour. Kindly get your house in order and refund my money at once.
